Never go here. Go anywhere else. I’ve never had a good experience here. Today I went through the drive thru, and while the line was long it wasn’t really moving. When I got to the front, I waited 6 minutes before someone said anything to me. 4 minutes later, a manager came out and informed me that someone inside ordered 100 sandwiches. First of all, I’m shocked they’d accept an order like that without having it called ahead. Second, when I did finally get my food it was the saddest thrown together mess I’ve ever seen. Not only that, but it was handed to me by one of the angriest looking people I’ve ever seen.Don’t bother. There’s better, faster, and cheaper places on the same street.

This review is 100% about food quality. The staff was fine. We typically love Wendy’s... Unfortunately, this location has some of the worst quality of food that we have ever had. The buns were stale, the meat was flat, dry, and seemingly overcooked. The fries were terrible. The only thing they got right was the frosty. This place has a long way to go before we’ll dare go back :/

One of the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The kitchen staff and drive thru workers are always rude and forget some of your order 90 percent of the time. Recently a worker told us they were out of bacon but then the burger came with bacon? Not to mention the quality off the food was horrible. The manager ended up taking over the window and was very nice and professional but we still ended up with missing some of our order.

I've found the food quality here to consistently be awful. The hours also say open until midnight and when I just drove through the drive through at 10:15 p.m., they said, "Do you have an online order?" "No." "Well, we're closed unless you have an online order." What the? NO where does it say "Open until 12 a.m. ONLY if you have an online order." What a horrible place. Never go to this location.

Disappointed !!! witnessed all this hype and awesome reviews on Wendy's panko breaded deep fried fish sandwich . I stop by our local American Fork restaurant I did not see any mention of it on the drive up menu so I asked the voice on the other end of the speaker she knew nothing about it. I was ticked pulled ahead and said no thank you I'm here to order your fish sandwich nothing else. Be gone you you slippery sliders. That's what I get for trying to replace my true , tried and deliciously tasty McDonald's fish sandwich .

They have gotten our hamburger orders wrong the last three times we have been through their drive thru. We are highly disappointed in their customer service and enthusiasm when talking to them through the speaker system. They do not sound happy to be serving you. Their service has slipped since after Covid. It is highly disappointing. I use to love going to this Wendy's but not lately. It has turned sour. I am sad to see that happen.

My girlfriend and I took our son to Wendy's to get him a kids meal, a simple kids meal.....we got in the drive-thru about 520 and they were only taking orders one car at a time. One car would order and they wouldn't take another order until that car had left. So after waiting for 20 minutes we get our turn to order and just get a kids meal and I tell the girl I had a coupon. She kept telling me the full price of the meal, so I kept telling, I do have coupon though. She then tell me in a rude sarcastic tone "uhh yeah I got it we will get your coupon at the window, pull forward." This place has just lost all it's customer service and ability to make you feel like your going to be taken care of. I cringe when I drive by and our son asks to get food from there. I will definitely be going to other locations from now on. This place I hope one day will get their acts together until then adios Wendy's

We had as pleasant experience ordering for the family here. Our drive through server had a welcoming and friendly voice.FYI: If you want napkins or ketchup to go with your fries, make sure to ask for them. I don't think they are automatic anymore.

Everytime I go to this Wendy's, we have a bad experience. Busy or not, they don't get our order correct or it's missing things. I've just dealt with it the first few times, but now it's just ridiculous. Today, I was the only car there at 11am. When we got our food, it was all ready as soon as I got to the window, but far from right. I know a lot of people are understaffed, but they had 3 employees all standing by the window. I think they were covered. The only hamburger I got, which wasn't supposed to have ketchup, was soaking in ketchup. The only chicken sandwich I got, that I asked for lettuce and a tomato slice, had the smallest leaf I've ever seen and no tomato. Both sandwiches were slightly warm. Then we didn't get straws for drinks or the sauce for our chicken nuggets. Plus our fries were burnt. Maybe I am just having a bad day, but I was pretty upset with our meals today.

Originally went to KFC across the street. HORRIBLE!!! (Go read the 1-star review I left them.) But not to mention, you guys were awesome! The lady who took my order was awesome and very professional. The food was FRESH, my friends chicken sandwich was so hot and fresh it burnt his mouth, lol! Thanks for pleasing us we will be back again!!!!
