Do yourself a favor and just drive the extra couple of miles to go to a different taco bell in the area, it will most likely be a more satisfactory experience. This location has In my experience had very unreliable hours and lobby service, I have been surprised to show up here on a Saturday for lunch during normal hours and they were completely closed until 3pm. Carbonation machine was broken a few weeks ago and they still offered a flat drink like that’s not just absurd. There was a period of time (enough for me to go more than once) where they didn’t have any large cups and instead gave you two small cups instead because the sizes add up. Portion sizes are questionable, especially with nacho fries (half-full/empty, I’m not exaggerating).
I got in the drive thru shortly before 9:55 pm. There were a couple cars in front of me and when it got to my turn they said "sorry. We're not taking anymore orders." I was the LAST car in line and informed them I only wanted two small things and asked if there was any way they could just put the order in since I'd been there waiting in line before their closing time and I'd have to wait through the line to get out of the drive thru anyways. I was basically told I was out of luck. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and tact that was shown to me tonight. Had I walked inside to the store, I wouldn't have been turned away. I will not be going back to this location.
They didn't make what we ordered. And the items they did make were very poorly done. Basically, just of tortilla... not much inside. When we noticed they didn't include some of our items. The lobby was closed... and I had to knock on the door for 5 mins. The workers looked at me knocking... and didn't come over. There was already 4-5 more cars in the drive thru... so that wasn't an option. When they finally came to the door, the workers were very rude. I will never go back to this location again. Choose another location!
The young man Colton that took my order did an awesome job! So quick, courteous, professional and friendly, and it didn't take all night to get my food! So I'm happy! Thanks young dude for being happy even when working at Taco Bell, life is a struggle for everyone but good on ya for being positive and making my hard night that much easier ??
This was the most disgusting and unpleasant visit I have ever had at Taco Bell. The food was horrible and the service was just as bad...and no, they were not busy. The manager on duty was busy taking care of what looked like more complaints so I did not add to her stress level by tell her that our food was inedible. What is up? No napkins, straws cold food and the taco had barely any meat or cheese, 3 tomatoes and lettuce. The entire Taco Bell experience was enough to make me consider Dell Taco from now on and I haven't eaten at Dell Taco in 3 years. This all occurred at the Taco Bell in American Fork 2/17/2022 at 2:30pm...you people need to step it up...
If I could give zero stars I would. Do not go here!! If you want good food and the right order go to the Orem or Lehi one. 3X in a row they messed up my order and they didn't apologize. I understand everyone is short staffed but not 30-50min waiting in a drive through short staffed with the lobby closed or to short staffed to make sure they put cheese on nachos.
Went through the drive thru. The employee working the window (Colton) was absolutely amazing. Super friendly, gave suggestions and his honest opinion.They did forget an item on my order, which was kind of a pain since they're drive thru only right now, so I couldn't go in to get the item I ordered. But I called and Colton answered and brought y the item fairly quickly.One other downside to the visit was the food itself. Most of it was pretty great, but the beef taco meat tasted off. It did not taste like it normally does.
The drive thru is pretty atrocious at this location. I regularly am waiting 30-45 mins in the drive thru with only like 5 cars ahead of me. They take very long, and without fail I always have something (usually it’s the potatoes in the fiesta potatoes and my spicy potato soft taco) that are so hard and barely chewable, which is so sad because I usually order the My Cravings box and that’s 2/3 of it!! (So I barely get any food that’s even edible).If you’re going to make me wait forever in the drive thru, please have fresh food is all I’m saying. We’ve given this location like 7 tries and we’ve decided we’re going to start going to the other one that’s about double the distance from our house, because we will still get home faster (and with more fresh food). I would give this location a 1 based on food quality alone, but we’ve always had very nice customer service, so I at least appreciate that ?
This Taco Bell is the worst one I’ve ever been too. They are as slow as a snail, you have to beg and plead for them to give you hot sauce, and they close way way to early for a fast food restaurant! The staff has always been friendly but that just doesn’t cut it, processes need to be improved.
Friendly and funny guy with a happy smile took my order and the process of ordering to getting my food in hand was super quick even with a line in the drive thru! Super happy with my experience and I’ll be coming back to this location. Sometimes it’s the small things ya know? Thanks for working hard!
