We go here all the time, but the last couple of times we haven’t been impressed. We were missing a roll and one of the rolls this time had a piece of hair wrapped in it. I’m disappointed. We used to really love this place and all you can eat. But…hair in my food just tops off needing to find a new place. ?

The sushi was great the customer service was awful! The waitress was all over the place! The only had like 4 things to drink. She made the whole experience confusing. She didnt understand who wanted what. We needed 4 kids meals and even that was confusing for her. When she brought out the sushi she’s didn’t bring the tickets out with them so we didn’t know who they belonged to.We tried to make it easier by writing our names on the top but since the tickets didn’t come out it was just frustrating. She never came back to ask if we needed our drinks refilled. We basically had to chase her down to get a drink refilled.Hopefully next time it won’t be as frustrating. It still a good deal since 2 adults all you can eat, 1 kid all you can eat and 1 kids meals was only $50.

Well, as is often the case with all you can eat sushi, it's somewhat of a gamble. After reading other reviews I thought I'd give it a shot. The atmosphere was incredibly cold. The sushi bar, where I sat was in need of cleaning. Have you ever sat at a restaurant table that was "sticky?" Not necessarily from sugary substances but from months or years of a dirty rag being quickly swiped over to give the appearance of an effort being made to clean it? That's what it seemed like to me. Secondly I have never tasted soy sauce that bitter. It was almost like vinegar. So while others have shared a good experience I wish mine would have been good too.Oh the sushi was mediocre.

I’m not extremely picky with sushi since I’m vegetarian and I don’t worry about fish issues.. but this sushi wasn’t good. Avocado was chewy/rubbery and the rice a bit too mushy. The customer service was not great. Two small rolls and Inari was $18. The leftovers will be trashed tomorrow. I won’t be back, unfortunately :(

I have never eaten sushi like this. They are poorly done, the sauce is thrown on the sushi. The taste and smell were horrible. My plate was dirty. If you don't like someone, you have to invite them to this restaurant. If you are from Europe like me please don't go!

The only reason I didn’t give it 1 star is because the sushi was actually really good, but their customer service was awful. On top of them being incredibly rude when we would hand in an order for All You Can Eat, they left us waiting for 45 minutes between rolls and hardly ever came by to check on us or refill our drinks. Basically it felt like they were annoyed at us for eating there and treated us like a hassle. Plus we heard yelling and fighting in the kitchen that was discouraging to the atmosphere. Not my best sushi experience.

I've always loved this place. Don't let the outside fool you.... but today was they took it to the next level with their Gluten Free service!! I recently found out I have celiac and they pulled out the gluten free soy sauce and are special making my sushi rolls to be gluten free. Best gluten free service I've had!

Mediocre sushi. Got slightly sick after eating there. The parking lot is pretty sketchy. The restaurant interior looks like it used to be a Chinese restaurant. The workers there are Chinese also. It always sketches me out when a restaurant crosses ethnicity like that, and I am Chinese. There are better places to waste $20 to be brutally honest.

The sunset roll was amazing. That little piece of lemon on top just sealed the deal! There were 4 of us and we ate 13 rolls. So doing the all you can eat was worth it. We weren't, however, impressed by the spices tuna roll. But I'm still giving it 5 stars because all the other ones were awesome.

First time dining at Sushi House. Great service, great food and great atmosphere.
