They gave us shakes made with literal curdled milk. Made my wife sick and we had a long drive home still. Tried calling the location but they don’t answer their phones. The last several times we’ve been to sonic they have put way too much syrup in their slushies, and the time previous to this the burger they made for me was lukewarm. Normally big sonic fan-but really not impressed.
We ordered milkshakes, and they had a problem with whipped cream apparently. So while they fixed the problem for 20 minutes they let our milkshakes just sit there and melt. When we got them they were half way melted and had weird chunky stuff in the ice cream that shouldn't have been there. It was gross.
Great shake and drink selection.The food is mid-grade fast food, but better variety than many with chili dogs, burgers, chicken, etc.I'm a fan of their toaster sandwiches, mozzarella sticks, and the fact that the default side is tater tots rather than fries.
I actually love Sonic shakes and various food options. The quality of food is as expected every time I go to visit, so no issues there. My biggest concern is the wait times and how unpredictable they can be. Twice I have gone there to each, once for Drive In service and the other for the Drive Thru. For the Drive In we waited nearly an hour for two small Sonic Blasts. In the Drive Thru experience we waited 15-20mins at the ordering speaker. Other times the service is very timely, I do not know what the issue is but be weary of potentially long wait times.
Shake was good obviously, coustomer service was good. Burrito wasn't worth as much as I spent on it. I recommend picking up food before coming here for your drink!
Lucy was very pleasant and helpful. The food was delicious and delivered quickly to our car. Enjoyed the strawberry all natural lemonade.
Every time we come here the service is terrible. Tonight was the last straw for me though. We will never be coming back to this location. We ordered 2 shakes and some chili cheese fries via mobile order. We waited over 25 minutes after checking in to receive our food. When we got it the shakes were melted and the fries were cold and gross. I could go on about how terrible this location is, but I will leave it at that. I will definitely be going to JCW's from on.
Absolutely Terrible.We waited for over thirty minutes just to receive cold food. The kiosk said it was being delivered and it never happened. After ten more minutes we pushed the button to ask where our food was and they said they couldn't find our order. After another ten minutes our food was delivered and they claimed it was not paid for yet. After debating payment we then discovered that all our food was ice cold. At this point with crying kids and being beyond irritated we cut our loses and left. I understand business are short staffed, that's not my issue. My issue was them saying food was delivered when it was not, and then having old cold food. That's not a staffing issue. That's a management issue.
Sonic is a national fast food restaurant that's known for being a drive in, where you park in a spot and order from a speaker to have food delivered to your car. They have a large menu, and are also known for their huge selection of drinks. This location has a very friendly staff, but wait times are very long which sometimes means a portion of your food is cold.
If I could give negative stars I would. Jan 15 2022 709 pulled into stall 6. 7:10 pm ordered route 44 strawberry lime aid easy ice. 725 after 8-10 cars have come and gone from drive thru and another man in the stall went in to find out where his order was I ring them asking how much longer. 4 minutes later drink comes out no straw. Ask if I can get a straw or is that another 20 minute wait. Female manager comes out apologizes blaming pandemic issues. Telling me I should feel lucky I would have had a three hour wait at Texas Roadhouse. First of all apples and oranges. How can Costa Vida who has a line that is 3 times the size of sonic handle their drive thru and full inside dining 10-15 min max wait time. Then she proceeded to tell me that they can’t handle all the orders from door dash 12 stalls and drive thru. Well if you can’t get your staff to work many e stop allowing them to dictate how the company runs. If they don’t want to work write them up. If they start seeing people getting in trouble or losing jobs and they need the money maybe they will have motivation to work. Ask you can close stalls direct your traffic through drive thru etc to limit what you need to get orders out fast. Then she proceeded to tell me again that with me arguing with her was keeping others from getting there food. So why did you take it upon yourself to come out and yell at me and tell me the wait time at Texas Roadhouse dictates how you get your orders out here. Maybe she needs to be retrained or fired herself. All I know is I will never go to any sonic again in my life
