Delicious fresh smoothies! My kids love this place. Passion paradise is my go to drink. Love the great and fast service.
So great. Not only do they have a great selection of smoothies for great prices, but they are super kind. And when I dropped my huge yummy smoothie in the parking lot they replaced it for free. So grateful..
I usually go through the drive through at this location. Today I went inside for the order. Never again. I sat for 20+ minutes waiting for 2 smoothies, while I watched over TEN cars get their orders through the drive through. I finally went up to the girls at the counter and asked about my order and they had no idea. I pointed to some smoothies on a back counter asking if maybe those were mine - they were. They had been sitting there for awhile, as the receipts on top of the drinks had been completely soaked through. We usually love roxberry, but this was pretty irritating. If you come here, stick it the drive through. The smoothies are great and we’ve come here for years! Just stick to the drive through here.

Just ordered from this location. Very poor quality control and they will not answer their phone. I'm sick and tired of food places screwing over people. 6/22/22 11:40am other locations I have been to have been great.
I love getting smoothies and bowls here but I am very sick and tired of waiting so long for a smoothie… I used to work at Jamba Juice back in high school and I know what it takes to make a smoothie and get it out in efficient timing, we would have 3 min max. Roxberry makes me wait 15+ minutes. Today was very disappointing, I waited forever in line at the drive thru, someone came out to take my order on their tablet, which was fine, but made no sense at all cuz I ended up sitting at the menu speaker for several minutes eventually. I believe they had someone make my order and then let it sit while I was waiting in line. If they took my order early they should’ve just brought it out to me. My açaí bowl was completely melted, I was eating it with a spoon and it was like a soup, and the granola was starting to get soggy which I hate! Not to mention there were definitely some bites of blended up lime rind bc it was so bitter and I had to pull some pieces out of my mouth. I love this bowl and want to keep coming but I can’t stand the service here and then get disappointed with my product I paid for.
While everything I’ve gotten here before has always been delicious, for the past few years I have noticed that service is very slow and usually is a 15 up to 45 minute wait for a few smoothies. Last time I was at this location I had ordered all large sizes of a few smoothies and a fruit bowl (large as well). After I paid I had to wait 25+ minutes for my order. When I finally got my order I realized and pointed out to the worker that the sizes were wrong (smaller than ordered AFTER I had already paid for the larger sizes) and all they did was say “oh”. I did not appreciate that they didn’t at-least offer to fix the order or refund me for the wrong size(s). This location in my opinion is just very disorganized with their employees and what each employee should be doing to keep the place in order and at a good pace. I also would like to point out that one of the specific coworkers had a few of their friends walk in after I had ordered, and after getting their order done they made their friends smoothies before making my order. I have an understanding on why they would want to put their friends first but in a job/business you should never do someone else’s order before the ones before them. I probably won’t be going back to that location (which I have been going to for years).
Waited over 15 minutes in the drive-through. There was only one car ahead of me when I pulled up. Smoothies were fine but it’s kind of hard to mess up a smoothie to be honest. If you’re going to have a drive-through you should work on being quick about it.
Roxberry is my favorite smoothie place. The staff is always great. Everything is so good but I especially love Orchard Explosion! Knocks it out of the park every time.
Not your average smoothie! I love the add ins. Everything is fairly priced and everyone is super nice. Get the immunity boost it tastes great and is soo good for you!
