I had a great experience! Jayden was the guy who helped me and he was super friendly and cheerful! I really appreciated his great customer service! I’ll definitely be coming back if I can interact with great people like that!

Flavors of sauces are great! Boneless wings were basically really tasty chicken strips so dont be caught off guard by those though. Their honey butter and scones are great too. Good service and everything all around

The best wings in Utah! A place I visit weekly. The hot teriyaki is delicious. I have tried every sauce and not had one I didn’t like. The lunch special is a great deal coming with 8 wings tots or fries and a drink.

Our family business has been ordering 10-15 person lunch orders at least once a month for years from this place. For most small restaurants one would think this would qualify us as a “valued customer”. Well, not in Wingshak’s book. We just tried to place an order and the owner of Wingshak tells us he’s “too busy” to take a 10 person order. We reminded him who we were and explained to him how much business we’ve brought him over the past decade. Didn’t matter to him! We even offered to wait on the order until his rush had passed. He smugly reiterated how busy he was and that our past business means nothing to him. Needless to say, we will never patron this establishment again. They may make some decent food but their customer service is the pits.

Have you ever had a fast-food restaurant tell you they cannot take your order because they are too busy? I had not either until this restaurant. I have had a lot of places tell me there is a wait and a long period of time until it can be fulfilled and then it is my choice to decide to wait or go elsewhere, but today immediately when he (assumed owner) picked up the phone he recognized the number I called on (years of supportive ordering and eating here) and right off the bat asked if it was big order (not even 10 people) and said he could not get us food today. Well, that ends the years of support to this establishment and to no harm here because this is not the first time having to deal with this grumpy individual on the phone and complain he has to make SOO MUCH FOOD (7-10 people). Too bad he could not have happier and kinder employees take the call. Food is good and something I repeat eat but will not give my business here again.

Overpriced for the portion sizes. The boneless wings are more like chicken strips than wings (and only 3 came in a serving). Also ordered 10 hot bbq wings (bone-in) which were underwhelming, an order of chili cheese fries which were lacking in flavor, and some scones. The scones were good.

The guy at the desk was rude as. The wings were good quality. But had zero flavor, straight chicken. I ordered lemon pepper and teriyaki. Fries were soggy. 5/10. Lower than that for customer service.

Wings tasted like they were burnt. Fries were soggy and tasteless. Will not go here again. The only thing good was the service.

Food was good, hot parmesan very tasty. The floor was tacky like a movie theater and I am not a fan of being prompted to tip when picking up for takeout.

One of the worst experiences of my life! We have never been there before and the guy at the cash register was the worst person to represent this company! This was an older gentleman who is probably the owner. But had one of the worst attitudes and was obviously having a bad day. He had a hard time even explaining how the menu worked and how to order wings from somebody that has never been there before. He should not be the person that should be speaking to customers! Terrible terrible service. There wasn’t even a person in line and he said it’ll be at least 15 minutes before you get your food like he was trying to prevent us from even ordering. I would definitely go somewhere else to buy your lunch! He also wants you to wait in your car to get your food!
