Went to the drive through window and 20 minutes later they forgot our 2 apple pies. I went to the front door and it was locked, all though there were dinners inside and two employees cleaning up so I knocked... The employee just looked at me and went back to cleaning. Nice. I had to get back in the drive through and wait another 20 minutes. In the end they were out of apple pies and I waited another 20 minutes. Ouch. One hour of wasted gas and time.
We ordered chicken through the drive through at 5:10 pm on 06/21/22. They forgot two of my sides.My fiancé walked in to make sure we get them, they gave MAD attitude. Started calling her all sorts of bad terms about her in Spanish. Some people wouldn’t know, but growing up in texas, we knew every word.They threw the bag at her very rudely like we stole 2 sides they didn’t even give us in the FIRST place.
So this use to be my favorite Popeyes until today. The service was beyond terrible. Went through the drive thru and the censors wasn’t working. Well, I didn’t know it wasn’t working until I sat there for a while. I drove around to the window and said I needed to order. The lady at the window says well, the sensor is broken and we can’t take your order at the window. You can come in and I said can you key in my order at the other register then the manager Rebecca says No and you can’t come in because the lobby is closed. It’s only 8:35 and the lobby closes at 9. Why is closed and why would you tell me to come in if you know it’s closed? While I was talking to the manager she waves her hard with 10 inch finger nails and walks off and says something ugly. So I drove back around and ordered and they still messed up the order. Popeyes please get some new employees who will simply put a sign on broken equipment and not inconvenience the customers. The manager Rebecca needs a job.
Chicken was raw !!! End of story ! No other way to put it. GARBAGE !!!!! Usually I love the chicken. I won’t be eating here anytime soon !!!! Should have gotten fish at chicken restaurant !!!!! ?

It seems as though you CAN judge a place by the lack of grammar used by other "reviewers." Poor review and poor grammar? In Utah County, that place is very likely a 5-star experience.I made the effort to visit this location in American Fork today just to try and prove myself wrong and finally shut my trap. No such luck, Utah!On my arrival, at roughly 1:30 PM, I found the place inundated with patrons. Patrons spilling out of the drive thru. Patrons filling up the booths inside, as well. Odd seeing such a sight given the vitriol babbled at this place by some of you expletives; babble that I suffered as I read through one excruciating review after another.Side note; the fact that Utah is ranked dead last in per pupil spending isn't lost on me. Great job, #ChewStrawUtah!I ordered my meal. I didn't have to wait long to do so either. The hustle and bustle was real and I noticed it was handled most effectively by ALL employees present. As I waited for my order, two other patrons placed their orders with an ease comparable to my experience. Great start, crew!By the time the 2nd patron that followed me finished placing her order, my order # was being called. Prior to that, I witnessed the expeditor reviewing my prepared order, for accuracy I assumed. He then topped off the bag of food with utensils, napkins, and an assortment of condiments, to include honey.Man, I drove that grub home with an excitement of a child at an amusement park. I just had a very competent and professional experience with the staff and my gut told me that experience was going to translate to the quality and accuracy of the food I ordered; and yes, it did!PERFECT! As you can see in the photo I supplied, everything was present and accounted for. Go ahead you mouth-breathing, slack-jawed, knuckle-dragging, grammar-hating ninnies, zoom in on the ticket and s$!k it.I'm a large man. I have to take care not to emanate my natural intimidating presence, but I couldn't help intimidating every last bite of my delicious order. Everything, absolutely perfect.AMERICAN FORK POPEYES FOR THE WIN!To the outsiders, benefit from my hard fought Utah lesson; poor reviews accompanied by poor grammar is a tell.To the owner of this location. Treat your employees with all the respect they deserve, they represent EXTREMELY well. You are VERY lucky to have them working for you. I hope that you already show them the respect they deserve and I hope they are already aware of that respect from you. Check the timestamp on the ticket. Everyone working that day deserves a raise. I have not tried the food or service at this location. However, judging by the grammar used in the 13 reviews I have read, I'm giving this location 5 stars! Finally opened up the lobby closes early 6:00 on a Friday night. My chicken was cooked so long I about broke a tooth. Fries cold don't taste good that way. Need to get a milder dipping sauce for those of us who don't want our tongues burned off. Would also like fry sauce or at least some mayo to make some. Needs to go back to the quality it was I really liked it then
Terrible service! They always forget one of our orders and i decided to call them. The general manager, Andy, promised us refund and promised that if we come back, our food is free. We live 30 min away and just decided to go the next day. The next day, we went in and he acted like he didnt know what we were talking about. Acted like we were liars. Do not go to this popeyes!! Terrible leader = terrible management. Last time were coming here
Called a hour before closing but the “General Manger” said they are done cooking any chicken for the night they already took the kitchen down. Then he proceeded to say he won’t cook anymore chicken no matter the order. Very terrible customer service from the “GM” if I was the owner of this store please find a new GM please get out of the customer service business! The Worse and insult to southern hospitality! Lucky it won’t let me do a negative 5 star. Yes I’m mad mad?
Just came through and went to the window and asked if i could try 2 of each sauce (our order is to go and we have never been here) and he said "no that's a lot of money for my sauces" so- don't go if you like sauce or want to try what they have. LAME. They literally gave us 2 packs of ranch and that was it- BYE BYE*also order was completely wrong when we got home- so love paying $40 for a meal that was wrong, AND we couldn't get sauce.
We got the hyped chicken and flounder sandwiches. I didn't feel that the chicken sandwich lived up to the hype, dreaming it was still good but not out-of-this-world good. The flounder sandwhich was good but they gave us the wrong one... instead of a classic we got a a spicy one which was not good for the person we ordered it for.
