I have been here a few times and sadly something is always wrong with my order, from missing wings to not adding extra sauce when asked. The staff is very nice and does work with me, but honestly if the quality checks don’t happen what makes me want to come back.
Never received my order, called the store and was put on hold five different times, I waited five minutes before hanging up each time and NEVER got in contact with an employee.
Gave many opportunities to the AF Pizza Hut, but they have terrible customer service. This last experience my pizza was almost 1hr late. My wife called, was put on hold for 10mins, called again and was hung up on, called again and was hung up on again. Tried with a different phone and she was transferred to the Orem PH. I get finding employees is tough right now, but come on this was the last time I’ll go to this Pizza Hut. Gone are the days of good service.
All I have to say is WTH!!! These breadsticks and cheese sticks were delivered today sealed and everything.I haven’t ordered from you guys in a while and then this happens. Come on guys who double checks orders?I guess it’s back to Little Caesar’s or Marcos.
I would give 0 stars if the app would allow it. $45 for two pizzas with missing toppings. They were missing 1/2 of the topping but I was still charged for them. Then the pizza guy at the store made fun of me for bringing it up. He did this in front of other customers. Pretty annoying. This is why Little Caesars is beating you guys. You guys have a gourmet price point but only offer a budget experience.
I had an order of nearly $100. I ordered two double bread sticks and got only one. I will call the store today and see if they will give me a credit for the missing item. The food was great!!
Had a decent sized order we placed, app let us know that delivery wasn't available and we were able to switch to pickup quite easily! The food was ready at the time it said it would be and it was exactly as ordered. Quick in and out with no fuss- thank you!
Don't order delivery. Doordash delivers for Pizza Hut and takes over an hour to deliver a pizza one mile. My pizza was late and cold. I strongly recommend picking up your pizza.
There was a line of around 5 or 6 people who all were just sitting there waiting for pick up orders. I was waiting for about 10 minutes staring at my food waiting for me. Please hire more people (they are understaffed) and make it easier to pick up orders. Thanks :)
