I ordered the 2fer special they have on the app. Did everything paid for it , got notification from the bank then the app reset everything so it’s like I haven’t done anything. So I called and they confirmed that my order isn’t there. Yatayata I’ll get reimbursed so I went ahead and gave him the order which has extra ingredients. Got it within the right timeframe when I opened both boxes there’s hardly any toppings on it!!! At this point, I’m just so hungry that I didn’t bother calling back.
I rarely ever give a bad review. But today I ordered a pizza on the app before noon to beat the rush for delivery. It told me 30-40 Minutes, so I placed the order. After an hour and a half of waiting still no pizza, so I checked the tracking on the app and it said it was still 30-40 minutes out. So I called the location, I asked where the order was and they told me it would still be 40-60 minutes because they only have one driver. So he transferred me to the manager, I explained to her the situation and he response was sorry about that, what I can do for you is cancel the order. Really that all you can offer? I would have expected a free pizza or bread sticks or something??? Anyways, I know every company is facing new challenges in these times. But they should just tell their customers they are 2 hours out, and then they would not have this review.
whoever was working Jan 19th needs a raise. All 3 of my pizza's had the perfect amount of toppings and it was cooked perfectly (I usually get almost no toppings and a slightly undercooked pizza) Even the hot wings had a good amount of sauce on it, which has never happened before. Great job and thank you!
Ordered our pizza at 4:45 and it finally shows up at 6:30, it was cold and half the cheese and toppings were stuck to the top of the box
Don't trust their app! This location makes a decent pizza and the staff are generally pleasant and helpful. However, the Papa John's app will tell you your pizza is ready long before they even begin to make it. This makes for a lobby full of upset people who have to wait 20+ minutes for pizza they were told was ready for pickup.
I've honestly got to question why people eat here. I have yet to eat a Papa John's Pizza that is more than mediocre at best. And yet once every couple of years someone talks me into trying it again and without fail I am completely underwhelmed. Little Ceasars may turn to cardboard half an hour after getting it home, but I swear Papa John's comes out of the oven tasting like cardboard.

Papa John's was my #1 favorite back in the 90's. I used to turn my nose up at Little Caesar's. Now thanks to all the other used-to-be hot, fast food pizza joints going down in quality over the years, I would easily rate them above Papa John's.
