On point usually picky about panda got the wok shrimp asparagus and angus steak n shrooms.. This the best i had in years crispy veggies meat was tender fine hot shrimp had spice n zest mmm mm mm
Bryce was FANTASTIC! made sure we got our order correct and gave great opinions on the different dishes and options. Super friendly staff, give that man a raise!
Pulled up to the drive thru at 9 pm and ask for a plate with rice and orange chicken. Person tells me that they don’t have enough orange chicken for a plate and are going to be out for the rest of the night. Disappointed at the fact that I can only get a bowl, but I was more disappointed when I get home and see what I got. Half a bowl with barely any chicken and half the rice. There’s an hour and half until close, they should have more of their most popular item, orange chicken.
Dear reader, what can be stated about Panda Express that hasn't been written before? If you are looking for reasonably priced, reasonably delicious Faux-Chinese food Panda Express fits the bill.However, be aware--this particular location of Panda Express is prone to mistaken orders and long wait times through the drive thru. I am assuming this is due to poor management or maybe systemic issues with how the chain manages drive thru procedure, but this is only speculation.
Great Place to go eat. Love Panda Express.. Reasonable price!
They were busy it was Friday night but by the time I got to the counter I watched them cook fresh so I got the freshest you can get and it was delish this store is a pretty good one I am always satisfied with the food quality and service I receive at the Lehi/American Fork store
The food was cold and old it was almost like we got food that was sitting for hours. The chicken was hard and rubbery and the rice was hard too. This location is usually really good but the last few months has really gone down hill.
Awful. The past two times i have gone to this location have been the worst. Last time I had to wait 35 minutes (supposed to be 7-10) for grilled chicken (ordered through the drive through) This time we were told they ran out of white rice so we asked for noodles but was told we could only do half noodles cuz they didn’t have much. So we did half noodles have brown rice. When i tell you the rice was CRUNCHY.. Literally half done rice. Sounded like chips! So awful.
Been here so many times because me and my kids like it, but they STRUGGLE at this location. Sat in a LONG line of cars and when I finally got up to order I knew immediately why. The cashier was so slow. He had to take at least a solid minute to ask how long the fried rice would take. Came back on and said 7 minutes. I had already waited for 30 minutes so I said whatever. I paid, drove around the corner and waited about another 10 minutes when they finally brought the food. The almond chicken was super crunchy. The rest okay, but so many times I’ve had burnt eggs in the rice. Another time my wife found broken plastic in her egg roll! Just tonight my wife tried to go and the website said they were open until 10:30. She got there at 9:57, waited behind one car, drove up to order and the default intercom message came on saying it was closed! She said Hello, and someone came on and said they were closed and they wouldn’t serve her. What in the ?. Can’t imagine the owner would be happy about employees turning away money! STAY AWAY from this location.
You know I've never been more disappointed with Panda Express. Their food has always been my favorite. Once I thought they had the best orange chicken but now the sauce is running, the chicken is sub par at best, the rice and noodles have definitely gor down. Also no utensils and no fortune cookies either, I mean you always get fortune cookies. Their food has been progressively getting worse but I think this does it for me. I'll have to find another place for my orange chicken now.
