I love this Olive Garden, they always treat us with a smile and respect and we just enjoy every time we come here.Sadly, last week we had to leave because “Melinda” our designated server never came to take our order. She kept talking to the customers on the next table. She saw us and never cared to even greet us. 15 almost 20 minutes past and we were hungry and ready to order but she just didn’t care to come over, she kept talking to her customers who by the way had already paid and finished with their food and were ready to leave.I had to get up and ask another server if someone was going to take our order and she came to “Melinda,” our designated server, and told her to take our order. She still didn’t care, she didn’t stop talking to her “white” customers.We are Hispanic and I don’t like bringing up the color/race thing but it does cross my mind that if we were white would she had taken our order and tended to us faster and nicer?? The restaurant wasn’t that full by the way. Shame on her!! She just ruined me and my husbands day.
They have really great service! We've been there many times and have always been happy with our experience. We went there last night for our kid's birthday and they were so good to her. When it took longer than expected for one of our orders to come out they were very kind. They even took the order off our bill AND gave us an additional discount. It was worth the wait. The food was delicious!
Great services and good portion of the food. However, the Chicken Masala dish ordered had creamy Alfredo sauce on with the pasta and the chicken was heavily precessed with brine and can only taste the saltiness overtaking the Marsala sauce. Suggest to order something else to have better experience than mine. I love the chicken gnocchi soup which is my favorite and yummy.
We were visiting the area in April 2022 and decided to try this Olive Garden for dinner one evening. Everything from start to finish was spot-on. The service was excellent and the food delicious. Our waitress was new but handled everything like an absolute pro. Will definitely keep this restaurant in mind the next time we're in the area.
Great pasta! I got the chicken and shrimp carbonara. The salad was a bit lackluster, but the breadsticks and pasta were amazing. The only issue we had was our server didn't seem to really want to be there, and we'd have to stop her and ask multiple times to get a soup or drink refill. Besides that, we had a nice time, and the food was great.
After a very busy day , and a blizzard outside. The food was so Amazing!!! Service was like no other we had before. Quick turnaround on drinks. Salad , bread. Service with a smile. Yes parking sucks , to go spaces and handy cap make it hard to get to the front door.... however 5 stars is well deserved for this hard working staff. Thanks for making us feel special. It's been awhile since we've gotten out to Olive Garden, but this was an excellent celebration. Drinks were delicious, service was good, food was Olive Garden good.The only thing I didn't like was we had a party of 5 and they stuck us at a booth with a chair on the end. It was busy, but this should never be a thing.
Do NOT trust google maps assessment of the busyness here. The app said it wasn’t busy and wait time was only 15 minutes, when we got there it was actually 45 minutes of waiting.you’d do better to call them about seating.Now about the actual restaurant. You pretty much know what to expect from Olive Garden. Okay food, okay service. Nothing too special, but definitely not bad.My only complaint really is how small the parking lot is. Expect to park far away.
I've gone here several times. Each time I have high hopes and want it to be great. Each time I'm a little disappointed. As I talk about it to others, they mostly have positive comments about the place.This makes me wonder if maybe I keep ordering the wrong thing. So, I always ask them what they order. Some things are better than others, dinner things are worse.Therefore I've come to the conclusion that those people who go on and on about the place, must have some nostalgic connection to it. I mean it is an institution so to speak. It has been in the same location for ever.
Had two amazing waitresses for my birthday dinner! Service was prompt and top notch. Food was excellent, I had the spaghetti and meatballs with the gnocci soup for dinner. I ended the meal with the Italian doughnuts as a free dessert! Amazing experience!
