Wow! We’ve come here a few times and are always blown away. Tonight was Valentines Day. We had a slight weight (expected) but were searing within a half hour.Burd was our server and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND! She made sure our meal was exactly as expected and ensured that we were enjoying ourselves.We will be back here and are happy to wait!
1 star for taste, wish I could give 0 stars for the customer service.Just got my oder of a Vegas roll, complained about the black thing on the bottom, then staff proceeded to tell me it was crystallized eal sauce and not burnt rolls.So I asked "eel sauce usually comes in on the side, not deep fried with the roll right?" To which they answered "Yes, but it is your fault for not asking for it on the side"
Las Vegas roll overcooked and falling apart. Definitely not a good experience. Manager wouldn’t acknowledge their mistake and wouldn’t have them make a new roll rather shrugged it off as it was ok to serve such a low quality roll
Good sushi and friendly service! A bit of a smaller restaurant, but still a good vibe!
We had never been to Nori, but we decided to take a chance and order sushi through Door Dash. And oh my gosh, it was so good! Our rolls arrived well packaged and super fresh. Everything was so good. We couldn’t decide what our favorite was. We ordered the Dynamite, Sundance, Funky, Marz, Avalanche and Playboy. I am so excited that we found a great sushi spot close by. We will be going to Nori soon!
Did grub hub and got the lunch special, Sushi is gross. Miso soup gross. Not worth it
Sushi was good. A bit too much spicy mayo for our taste. We had to scrape a lot of it off. We eat sushi for all flavors and prefer it not drowned in mayo. Service seemed like it may be good at first but fizzled quickly. Our food came timely but we had to ask for our own plates and once food was delivered our server never came back except for bringing our bill. We asked a buss boy to please bring us some more water and he said "let me clean these two tables first" to which I said "can you just go get our server please?" Got a huff and he said "I'll just do it now. He's busy." There was nobody waiting to be seated and he was definitely not too busy to check on us. Not our best experience. Didn't seem like they cared much.
I'm going to keep giving these guys props. They let me just tell them what I wanted in a sushi roll and they just made it. Reasonable price too. I'm not going to do that every time but I really appreciated it.
Great, quality sushi and sashimi. Presentation is nice. Good flavors.
let's just say I won't be coming back here for ramen or chashu anytime soon. the broth had almost no flavor at all, the noodles were way overcooked and mushy and the chashu was dry and flavorless. it's the first time I've been disappointed in a ramen from anywhere in Utah yet.thankfully I also got a Philly roll which was quite tasty. and what I saw of the rolls on other patrons tables looked very appetizing. just wish I had gone with more sushi.
