The first half of our experience at MOD Pizza was wonderful. The staff was helpful and helped us select the dough and to type of pizza that we wanted, the second half however was not a pleasant experience at all. The employee in the Pennzoil hat seemed to get irritated and was unprofessional and unkind at the register. The pizza looks and smells amazing and we cannot wait to get home to eat It

MOD is a pizza mood. It’s all the classic pizza types but with a twist. The Caspian is their version of BBQ chicken and was the perfect amount of crust to topping ratio with just the right amount of crispy yet chewy crust. The flavored lemonade was also a favorite!

I hate to give a 2 star rating here, as I have been a patron of this Mod for a few years and love the food, convenience, and system there. However, I recently had an experience that makes me question if I'll ever go back. The person helping my wife and I was throwing off some significant attitude when we entered the store (it was clear to me she was in a bad mood and wanted everyone around her to know that). I assume she was a manager as she was also intermittently bossing around other employees while making our order. In addition to rushing us, every time we asked for a topping to be added to our pizza (the thing we like the best about the system at Mod), she gave us some attitude like it was a chore, which as a customer certainly doesn't feel very good. At one point my wife asked for sardines on the pizza because she likes them and they are on the menu. The employee said they don't have any and she'll have to go get some in the back room, clearly not wanting to go and get them - we persisted and said we did want them - she came out with the can and started placing the anchovies on the pizza directly from the can. At one point she stopped helping us and went to the back to direct other employees to do something, seemingly annoyed, and she took off and threw away her plastic gloves and when she came back and realized she needed to put new gloves on she threw her hands up in frustration. It was a terrible experience and what she didn't know is that my wife and I had a hard week and we were looking forward all morning to go and have a pizza at our favorite place as a reward to ourselves and to start the weekend off on a good foot. When paying, she made a comment that she was sorry but she didn't like sardines and I couldn't refrain from saying I was sure she was having a bad day but she didn't need to make her problems her customer's and her attitude made it seem like a real chore to do her job for a paying customer. She did apologize but followed it up with an excuse that she had a lot on her mind, which was a very big-turn off as a statement since both my wife and I have worked in the service industry and been managers and that's not an acceptable service position/excuse to treat your customers terribly. I really hope ownership takes this post seriously and talks with this individual, not to get them into trouble but so that they stop and think about the ramifications of their behavior and action in a service business and perhaps consider an instore training program or mystery shopping program to improve the service environment, because again, the food is great, the restaurant is clean, and it's an otherwise great establishment but none of that matters when you feel disrespected, see toxic behavior amongst the staff interactions, and get a terrible service experience - customers always have other options. The easiest and lowest bar to customer-facing business is being kind, helpful, and service-minded; it costs nothing and says everything.

The pizza is always good! The staff wasn't rude, but they also weren't overly friendly. The cook was the most friendly and she made sure to check on orders if people were standing by the counter.

There's something to be said about getting exactly what you're ordering on your pizza without having to pay exorbitant prices! The thin, crispy crust is outstanding with just the right chew. Don't forget the no name cake! It's superior to that one that has a name. ?

Create your own pizza. They have so many toppings including artichoke hearts! Don't forget to get sauce if you want some.

Pizza were really good. We ordered three types of pizzas and all of them were very good. Quick service too. You can go fir sure. Will nit hesitate. Ambience could have been better.

The pizza is phenomenal. The ingredients are fresh and great. The staff is friendly. Their major issue that earns them only stars from is the online ordering. Every singe time I go on to pick up my pizza at the time they designate I wait at least 20 minutes. If I’m going to continue eating at Mod I’ll have to ditch the online ordering.

Ever wondered how something ridiculous with something else ridiculous would taste on a decent pizza crust? Well, now you'll know! It's a fun experience, the pizza is pretty good, the salads are pretty good, and it's a fun date night place. I wouldn't rate this as a great pizza place, but we don't really have great pizza here in Utah anyway-I will say this- they have a dessert called a "no-name-cake" that is delicious. It's like the concept of a ding dong if they actually used delicious ingredients and made it bigger. This thing is freaking delicious. Try this, don't blame me if you get diabetes, but come find me to give me a high-five when you realize that I've improved your life exponentially. So good.Tldr- pizza is good, experience is fun, go for the cake.

The wait is similar to other pizza places. This is extremely thin crust. Mine was baked for too long. The crust was so crunchy! The toppings and sauce were good. I just can't picture myself going back here.
