McDonald’s food is McDonald’s food. If you’re expecting great and wonderful, go somewhere else. If you just need to fill the void and you don’t care what with…well, there you are. Unpleasant food with not a lot of flavor. Not as cheap as you’d expect, and they don’t even have people helping you anymore. They just have big computer kiosks that you use to place your order. A person will then bring it out to you.I haven’t been to McDonald’s in more than twenty years, and I don’t expect I’ll go back.
Took 45 minutes Sunday just to get a burger. They're obviously either extremely understaffed (in which case they should just close or at least give notice) or they're staffed by potheads who can't put a simple order together. Oh and now that I look in the bag, it's not what I ordered. Between three people they couldn't get an order right. Well done bozos
Asked for two McDoubles, and they gave me a Big Mac and fries. When I tried to pull back and tell them they messed up my order, the lady who handed me my food — never said a word to me — refused to open the window.I’ve been coming here for a bit, but that was insensitive and too much. Guess I’ll take my business to another fine burger establishment.
Just went in and had a concern with the new ordering screen, (but one get another for a dollar, but it was charging me full price for two...) went to the counter to ask someone about it. The fellow there didnt even look at me and told me to sit down... After standing for awhile he told his employees that he, "told me to sit down but I was just standing there ..."I let him know I had a question, but he didnt even look at me or ask why I was standing there, said I was Doordash...? he shouldn't be treating doordash like he did.I yelled back as loud as he was yelling, I had a question about the ordering system, so sorry, But If he was too busy with customers maybe I should just leave and not bother him. I left.He was acting as if the employees were inconveniencing him, that all customers were a problem, maybe having a bad day, but he shouldn't be acting like that if he is in "customer service" or "management."Poor reflection on the business, I'm sure people dont like him managing the place, employees are probably scared if him, I doubt the place runs smoothly like some other McDonalds. I'm sure I'm not the only one.
Walked in and was yelled at by some district manager to put a mask on, while his mask was on his chin. Your food is already barely edible, so yelling at customers makes this place worth skipping.
Showed up at 11:15 pm on a Monday. Website said open tell 12am. I was one of 4 cars waiting to order. The ones in front of me we yelling, trying to get an answer. After most of them did a burnt out. ( assuming they're in your was as high as mine) they and I Stopped by the drop-off window, to try to find a manager to talk to. even after honking their horn tons. Not one employee responded. It seriously look like they were hiding. I understand covid adjusted the hours last year. But if you are not a big enough company to keep your Google listing up to date. Quit. You are creating far more customers for other restaurants, then you are keep regulars. The problems this caused in my own life, were large also. You tell a pregnant girl that the only thing that she can eat at the moment, without throwing up. Doesn't want to answer their window. This is by far the most shameful McDonald's I have ever been to. And we'll make sure to go far out of my way to never go back. And I will be posting the same review on as many sites as possible.
This location is always slow but the food is usually ok. Employees are rude though. At night time (after 5-6pm) I’ve noticed the quality of everything gets way worse. The service, the food, and everything else. My order gets mixed up more often, and I just have too many problems to make it worth it. Tonight I paid for my order and it came out of my account, they charged me for the full order but only gave us half of the order. Even with the receipt they would not give us our order. I will not be going to this location again, the one is Lehi is just down the street and is managed much much better, well worth the small drive.
Horrible location. I stood in line for probably a good 15-20 min and when I finally talked to a cashier she had no customer service skills. Just took my order and told me to pull forward ( a monkey could do the same work) then waiting to pay I had to sit and stare at the lady in window just texting away on her phone. I was gonna pull forward and demand free food for her not taking my money but she caught me pulling away at the last second.definitely won't be coming back!!I hope this employee reads this review along with anyone like her so they can know this is why you don't deserve a raise! Hard workers make real money! Hard workers have their phone off and are working non stop!
There are alot of Macdonald stores and they are all great and this one is not the exception fast friendly and always on point with orders.
One of the very few I believe 24 hours restaurants in southern Utah county since covid started. I'd order via the app. The drive thru was atleast 10 cars deep.
