This place is gross ,never clean and Boone ever can help me. I tried being nice to an employee and he threw my receipt at me!!! Not good costumer service or respect. This place disgusts me . And they don't refill anything they let everything go from morning to night .. and never clean anything correctly.. sick
***Do not go here at night!!!*** Especially if you see a chick with long blonde hair working on the coffee, you will not be receiving ANY ASSISTANCE even if you ask for it cause making a phone call and slowly setting up the coffee brewing stations at 2am is much more important than customers. Wish I had filmed her trying to talk with the other customers in the store by yelling halfway across the store cause she couldn’t leave the coffee alone for two minutes.
Most Mavericks have the best bathrooms of all the gas stations. This particular Maverick hase the worst.
This place use to be operated very well but as of late it's gone way down hill seems it needs a manager like the one they had a year or so ago!
If you work graveyard and need a coffee I highly recommend you don't go there on the weekend unless it's Monday through Friday. There is a nice older gentleman that works there Monday through Friday and keeps that place squeaky clean with fresh coffee and amazing customer Service but when he's not there you can definetly tell. I hate getting my coffee when he's not working cause it's always super old and not warm at all, the place has garbage everywhere, counters are filthy and the kid behind the counter is usually sitting on a camping folding chair on his phone and doesn't get up until he has someone right at his counter. If there's 2 boys behind the counter that night then good luck cause it's not any better. I have been coming there forever and have always loved Maverick. I'm sure during the day it's amazing but if it's during a graveyard shift expect cold burnt coffee, lazy crew members on the weekend and dirty gas station at night .I'd go somewhere else if there was a gas station by my work that was open and being someone that likes to say hi to the older gentleman that works monday through Friday is something I've come accustomed to. Nice to go somewhere that has fresh coffee and great service when he's working.
I have not been to a Maverick yet that was a bad one. As a lift driver, I wonder in and out of Mavericks all over the valley.

I literally witneased a homeless woman empty her make up bag on the soda counter, wash her syringe in the soda water, fill a cup with ice and walk away to outside to meet another homeless guy amd hand him the syringe.DONT USE THOSE SODA FOUNTAINS
Was there for 15 minutes waiting in line on my lunch break. That was most of my lunch break just thrown in the trash. From what I could tell there was about 8 employees, one of which was helping customers. 2 or so where doing menial tasks. The other 5 were literally all standing around phones out chatting and drinking fountain drinks. I could understand if one was on lunch or something like that. Or if they all were busy doing stuff. But even if one or two of them were on lunch there still was at least 2-3 employees who were doing nothing and probably clocked in.
This is the best gas station when traveling north through Provo/ salt lake area. Kind of hidden, but RIGHT off the freeway. Easy exit, easy to get back on, not a lot of traffic. No other businesses around, HUGE store with everything you want! Love this place!
