Hoped to find a gem for the staple breakfast burrito while in UT county to stand up to SLC equivalents. Despite the higher than average reviews, food was a bit of a let down - burritos were relatively thin and the salsa bar was average at best. Restaurant was clean, service was good. Don't avoid Aribertos, but it's probably worth heading a few blocks north to Betos.

We had heard some good things about Los Aribertos, but those things were incorrect. I think people should call this like it is—a very slight improved version of Betos. Tonight we tried the chile verde, the chicken and beef enchiladas, and several tacos (I’ll get to those in a minute).First things first, the enchiladas are terrible. They are 1 star. Bland, little cheese, and a red sauce that tastes like it is out of a can.The chile verde was fine. If you’re used to very saucy chile verde, that is not this. But the meat was good.Your best bet, and why this gets a 3-star review, are the tacos. The al pastor and the carne asada are actually pretty good. I asked them to make a campechano style taco with my two meats being carne asada and chorizo and then asked them to fry it up with cheese. They then served it between two corn tortillas. I smothered it with their hot sauce and it was delicious. So…the best thing I ate wasn’t even on their menu without custom ordering it. But, it was delicious and I would get that custom created taco sandwich again. Finally, it’s a Pepsi shop, not a Coke shop which is a deal breaker for me.

Closest I’ve felt to home in a long time. Im Mexican from California and this is by far the best taco shop here in my area. Meat was on point and flavorful. Sauces are fire bomb. And omg lets not talk about the roll tacos because all diets were broken today. Good job to the owners of this place. They understood the assignment.

We have been going to Los Aribertos since they opened in American Fork for dinner and their selection is great and the food is wonderful. The drive-up is quick and the evening staff is very good. Today I thought I would try one of their breakfast burrito’s. I ordered a ham and cheese breakfast burrito. The cashier repeated what she thought I ordered, and I repeated that I want ham and cheese breakfast burrito. When I got to the window and paid, I thought the price was a bit off. Looking at the ticket, I noticed that she charged me for an Asada Fries Burrito. Doesn’t even sound close to ham and cheese. I quickly told the cashier the mistake and she finally repeated to me I wanted a ham and cheese breakfast burrito. When I got my order, I mentioned that the ham and cheese burrito is less expensive that the Asada Fries Burrito and she insisted it was the same price. Not so, the H&C Burrito is $2.00 less. I was late for work so I wasn’t going to argue with her. I figured she probably needed the extra money more that I did. The burrito was delicious and I have no complaint about the food, but be very careful ordering in the morning hours, and speak very carefully and make sure they understand what you want and check the bill BEFORE paying. I am giving the morning staff only three stars, I do believe the evening staff should get 5 stars.

So yummy! We got chicken tacos, carne asada tacos, rice and beans, horchata, and tres leches. All of it was DIVINE! The service was fast and so friendly. One of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve been to in Utah County. We’ll definitely be back!

This place is my favorite for Mexican food. So good. I would eat there every week if my wife would let me. The steak fajita is the best I have ever eaten, anywhere. Highly recommended!

Writing this review for any fellow Texans seeking something resemblant of the food you had back home... I placed a take-out order, and this was a big miss. The guacamole was flavorless, and I had to add my own seasoning and some lime-juice to it to make it palatable. I ordered a chicken quesadilla as well which was very greasy and had very little filling. I gave three stars because my husband ordered the ham breakfast burrito, which he said was decent. Unfortunately, my search continues for decent Mexican food in Utah Valley.

Their breakfast burrito and carne asada fries had little flavor. I saw good reviews and was excited to try this place, but I don’t think I will go back. Not worth the money spent.

Fast drive thru, delicious food, reasonable prices. Higher quality than Beto’s down the street in my opinion. I’ve tried a bunch of the burritos and they’re all great. Currently hooked on the carne asada tacos plate that comes with rice and beans.

Really good food & service for fairly decent pricing! Would recommend over cafe rio anyday! Cashier gave us recommendations & we were very pleased with the results.Steak & shrimp was well seasoned, shrimp wasn't fishyChimichanga was very well fried. There was quite a bit of refried beans.#4 & #18 (chimichanga & steak/shrimp w/corn tortilla)Sauces were great! We really liked the ones in the smaller container; red one was spicy enough to have some kickIt was sad there were no radishes/jalapeños though
