Since they have moved to the new location this has become one of mine and my wife’s favorite places to eat! Their ingredients are ALWAYS fresh in fact their salad just even got upgraded to taste even better! Not many companies improve quality of already great dishes. Some of my favorites in order are Pork Sando, Tri-tip w/ BBQ sauce, Steak Sando, Hamburger (forgot it’s name), and I always get the side salad instead of fries… I know what you are thinking, what’s wrong with you, but try it before you judge me. I’m normally a fries guy, but their salad is worth it. On my last visit I got their Peri Peri chicken and I enjoyed it, but not as good as the above options.

K88 was a pleasant surprise. Really great flavors. The beehive appetizer blew my mind. All the meat here was excellent. I'm so glad someone suggested it tonight. wow.

Great quality and value! I have been here multiple times, and I enjoy everything on their menu. High quality food, at a great price. There is nothing else quite like it in Utah county. Their salads are always fresh, and the other meals I have had are fresh as well. Supper clean, friendly staff. It does get busy around lunch, I try and show up a bit before noon to avoid a crowd.

The wife had been here before so we thought we'd take some friends and have a good night out. It's a place you walk in, order your food, find a place to sit, and they bring you your food. The place appeared clean and welcoming.I ordered the Chicken on a bun sandwich, friends ordered the Thatcher burger, and the wife ordered the Mango & Black bean salad with a side of steak. All the foods were delicious! I got a side of the Peri Peri sauce. No one could figure out what was in it. I didn't like it so I didn't use it.After getting our food, there was no follow-up or visit from a worker. We had to get our own to-go box.I would come back!

Finally decided to try this place after driving by more than a few times. Only ordered 2 things today but every table had something drool worthy. This means I can't go wrong AND I DO have to come back.Simple well thought out menu. Priced reasonably. creative salads made with fresh ingredients. Not just the basic lettuce. I chose the beet salad. It was big enough to fill me up. But also ordered the fried risotto appetizer. Delicious too.Until next time...

I came here with a friend, to have our weekly lunch, and we enjoyed the place here.I had a burger, and he had some shareable fries. He didn't share his fries though, haha.Parking was a little difficult, because this place was packed during lunch hour.I enjoyed my burger, and especially liked how they caramelized the onions... But besides that, I wasn't all that impressed by this place.Maybe I'm just a cheapskate, but I felt as if the prices were a few bucks too high. ... The Thatcher Burger was great, but I don't know if it was $14 great. It was generally nice, how the employees were quick to make the food, and also quick to clean up after the customers.I wouldn't oppose coming back to this place, but for the price, I think there might be better burger joints in the area

I've heard so many great things and finally came here for the first time on a Friday night. First off, it was packed. The line was wrapped halfway around the restaurant. There was only one cashier. We waited in line for about 40 minutes before we were able to order our food. The restaurant was clean, decorated well, and simple. I ordered the chicken tacos with sweet potato fries as recommended by the cashier. My husband ordered the steak and we ordered the bruschetta to start with. Our friends ordered the tacos as well, both steak, sweet potato fries, and side salad. They ordered the fried risotto to start. The appetizers came out about 15 minutes after we ordered. The fries risotto was nice and crisp. The marinara sauce was flavorful but we felt like the breading of the risotto was lacking and kind of bland. The bruschetta was much more flavorful but the temperature of each of our pieces was inconsistent. Some were cold and others were semi warm. Our food came out probably another 15-20 minutes later. Everything looked really good but unfortunately most was lacking flavor. I absolutely couldn't stand that the tacos were on a tortilla that's purchased from the grocery store and not made fresh. It needed much more sauce, jalapeño, and mango. The chicken was tender but it needed to be cooked much longer on the outside to create a better texture for chicken tacos. There just wasn't a ton of flavor. The sweet potato fries made up for the tacos. They were very good and perfectly salted. The steak wasn't seared nor cooked to how my husband asked. The green beans were nothing special and the mashed potatoes were pretty watery and needed more flavor. Everything was pretty bland. That was very disappointing. The restaurant was jam packed. People were standing around after they ordered because there was no where to sit. The parking lot was packed as well.I wasn't impressed and would be perfectly content not coming back.

We had the tri-tip burger, steak, and risotto balls. Food itself was delicious. Seems overpriced though.Update: we visited again. This time we got the bruschetta and the Peri chicken. The bruschetta was yummy, but trust me when I say it is not worth the price whatsoever!Peri chicken was delicious. The serving of chicken was actually a good size and it was perfectly moist! The quinoa, however, was a total letdown. Very bland. Rice would have been way better!

At Kitchen 88, you walk-in & order with a cashier & take a number & find your own table Both of us had tri-tip steak, with mashed potatoes and green beans. The tri- tip was very tender & flavorful. The mashed potatoes were nothing special, but good. The green beans were crisp & good, also. We got the apple crisp & ice cream. I’ve had much better apple crisp! Not worth $7!

It seems that Kitchen 88 is going for the clean, quality approach to food. We tried several of the items on their very focused menu: burgers, sandwiches, salads, fish, Beehive fries. Everyone in our group seemed to really like the food they ate and appreciated the flavors. A great example is the trout. This fish has a very subtle flavor, and as such it is often presented in quite a bland, unremarkable way. Here however, they created a a wonderful, light, tangy sauce from cherry tomatoes and other flavor ingredients. The sauce elevated the entire dish in a very wonderful and welcome way. It's the best trout I have tasted in a restaurant. I will definitely be returning to try more menu items.
