Holy cow! What an experience. Walked down to the KFC for lunch to be greeted by an angry employee saying do you have a mobile order, we’re closed! So I stood outside, downloaded an app, ordered, waited and reentered to get my food. So confusing what is going on here! We are WAY past this in the pandemic. The A&W side is impossible to order online from. Whoever owns this should sell it and let someone else have a go at management. Absolute joke.
The drive through is closed alot for some reason, when it is open there is an insane wait. Have been here a few times with consistent results. They usually get the food right, it tastes good and they don't mess up the order.
Every time we have come here it’s been a joke. Service sucks. We originally called the store to order and we were told to do it online. The website doesn’t have everything on it. Like the option to pick A&W root beer, which this location has. Then when we get here we would have had to go through the drive thru again, because at the speaker we forgot something we wanted. We were then told my the girl working the window we couldn’t order at the window. Which is a joke. We hadn’t even paid yet. So it shouldn’t have been that big of a deal. Just looks like laziness. Really disappointed.
We were pulling a 35 ft trailer and couldn't go through the drive thru. We walked in, and after few minutes an employee came out mad and yelling at us and ushered us and a couple of other customers out. I have never been treated so rudely in any service business. This employee should be dismissed, or KFC should pull the franchise. No one should be treated this rudely, there is no excuse for this.
Very ghetto. Customer service was trash. Ordered ahead of time for pick up and wasn’t even started until I arrived. Pepsi very watered down. They forgot the sauce I ordered, pulled up to the drive thru, ever staff member saw me wait at the window and proceeded to ignore me. Had to go inside to ask for the sauce. DON’T GO TO THIS KFC
I think someone donated 3 stars to KFC. I don't think this place deserves 1 star. Maybe the rating is backwards... Its 1 star for not showing up for work, 2 stars for writing a sign that says "Sorry for the inconvenience", and so on...So, I get to the drive-thru and they've got a sign saying they're going to be opening late. So I call. Amazingly someone answers (thats one star); its noon now, they tell me they won't open until 4pm. As I leave, I see others who are wanting KFC as well, and I tell them what I've just been told. They say they've got an order.When and if they ever get that order... I don't know, because I didnt look back.
I haven't been to KFC in American Fork in a long time decided to go there the other day around 3pm. When I got up to the drive thru, this girl talking quiet and really fast says we are out of chicken. Was slightly annoyed and told her ok. Now what do I do? I was stuck in the drive thru. There were 3 cars ahead of me. They got their food. Had to wait to get out. I come back a couple days later, the same girl says order whenever your ready. I take time to decide what I want then when I start ordering the same girl as last time says our truck is late and won't be here until 4pm. And she says they are out of food. Really?? I feel like this person doesn't want to work or is lieing. Why are they even open? Why don't they put signs up? I ended up going to Popeyes. Guess what they had food. I'm not coming back here again.
Got told there’s a 30 minute wait on tenders so I Order the 2 on Tuesday for ten and after I paid got told there’s a 10 minute wait on buns then they expect you to pull out in traffic go back in the way you came wait at these quick pick up stalls and just rushed and now I wait o and they’re out of Mountain Dew great can’t even back up to leave because the drive through is so backed up actually been waiting in front for over 20 minutes
This location is rough...First off, the customer service is always so bad! The employees seem so irritated and bugged when I ask any questions and even order my food. Somehow, my order is always wrong or something is always forgotten.I came the other day for a quick lunch. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and small fry. Their fries are sooo overpriced for the amount they give you. They were also lukewarm and not hot. I couldn't even finish them.The sandwich was fine. However, the sauce was smeared all over, unevenly, which made it difficult to eat (I've never had this sandwich like this at other locations). The chicken seemed to be reheated/recooked. Wasn't impressed.I will not be returning to this location for a variety of reasons.
Noticed they have a sign on the door saying no dine in and mobile orders only, figured we could order to go orders because our semi can’t fit in the drive thru. One of the workers in there just yelled at us “hey you can’t be in here!” I tried to tell her that I thought since we were in a big semi we might be able to order takeout. I know finding employees is hard but this location has always been in poor service.
