The only reason why I am rating this location 1 star is due to the lack of professionalism that the gentleman shared on the phone with me when I asked for an update on the delivery. There was static on the line so I asked him to repeat himself and he took an attitude with me. Customer service is everything to me. I will not go through this location again.

I normally love Jimmy John’s because they are one of the few places that works with my food allergies. I did not have a great experience at this location though. The sandwich I got and the speed was fine, but the conduct of the employees was unprofessional. When I walked in the door, there were about 4 teenage boys working. One stepped forward to take my order while the others proceeded to start whispering, pushing each other around, giggling, and staring at me and their coworker who was taking my order. I don’t want to make assumptions about what was going on, but at best it made me feel uncomfortable and it came across as very unprofessional.
Not freaky fast at all! I ordered online for pickup, asap, still waited about 30 min after getting to the location, I usually go through drive-thru… do not order online from this location! Better to either wait in drive thru or order inside. Order wasn’t even fully correct to my specifications, sloppy
Seems to take forever to get delivered even though they advertise it to be very fast.
This place is awful! We used to order from this place once every week, if not twice. 99% of the time my sandwich was made wrong and was missing something. One day the manager tried to convince us that the veggie delight didn't come with tomatoes but it obviously did. The last few times we went there, the workers started giving us attitude because we told them our sandwich wasn't made right. The customer service here doesn't exist, and as the girl manager told us once..."If we keep making your sandwiches wrong then why do you keep coming"...Don't worry, we won't be coming in ever again.
I always used the Brand Most Known but it started to not be so great. So I went to Jimmy John’s for the heck of it and it was Great. I have picked up sandwiches for over a month for dinner and not one complaint in my home . This place has fresh everything and is real noticeable to friends. You have to try it first on your own as I am a new loyal customer. It is also shockingly cheaper to make and at the register, they do not just add a tip in !!!!! Thats a new added price the other brand does !!!!!!!!!!!
I like this better then Subway! They have various sandwiches that you can order and also customize if there is something you want or don’t want on there. Their bread is made daily so it is very fresh. Probably one of the things I love about it. We visit almost weekly for a quick lunch or dinner.
I was excited for my Jimmy Cubano until I got home and it had barely any meat on it. Looked absolutely nothing like the image in the app. On top of that, the bacon had a horrendous taste to it. Maybe bad oil or something, I don’t know. All I know is bacon should not taste like that. I’ve enjoyed other sandwiches at other locations but this was not good at all.
