Well run IHOPs, but beware, the men's bathroom is haunted. There was a ghost, maybe an incubus, I'm not sure, and he (assuming he obeyed bathroom rules), kept knocking on my stall door.Really creepy. Then, the automatic paper towel dispenser shrieks like a banshee, and it was even more terrifying.9/10 would recommend again though.
Food was great cooked fresh with only two exceptions. They were under staffed so we waited to be seated for 10 min when no one was there to make us wait. Was 45$ for a family of 5 to eat.
So they took off my favorite omelet the county ham, cheese, hash bown with sour cream, and my extras salsa and basko. The waitress was very nice and I can have them make it for you. Man it was good! Cooked just right with the hash browns little crunchy just enough of the three cheese to hold it together. Could use a little more ham but it made me very satisfied. Because I don't eat pancakes I had sourdough toast which most places I go to order sourdough don't have any taste to them and this wasn't bad with a slight taste of sourdough. Being from CA and having SF sourdough its hard to hind a good sourdough. ?

IHOP was great! The waitress we had was friendly and very helpful. We didn't wait very long for our order and the food was very good. IHOP Pancakes are always very good. It was a very good experience.
Pathetic service not sure why so rude! It seems no care for guests, no empathy.....Short staffed and everyone so busy.....If you can't serve food properly please shift to take away only.It was first and last visit by us.We are big fan of original pan cakes and thought to give a try to this new place but totally disappointed.Jessica was person who was serving us...she was simply the worst!Most of empty seats still drama of waiting :(Coming to food : pan cakes were so bad. I was comparing with original and these were so hard, not fluffy or even soft.Couldn't finish but can not throw them as well, so packed them.I have never had such pathetic experience till date.
The staff was so great. We came in at the end of the night and they treated us like it was my birthday. You guys are awesome. Thanks for not making us feel rushed.
Cari is a FABULOUS server. It was great to have her to start our Christmas eve excitment. Food came out hot and as offered and the staff remained level headed and professional even when slammed with a ton of people. Love this location anywhere, but my last visit was a stand out experience
