It was OK. It was clean, spacious, and well-decorated. It’s just pretty expensive compared to competitors (53 cents an ounce), no samples are allowed, there is no free water, and multiple yogurt flavors were out of order.
This place is such a neat little spot to get frozen yogurt. It's got so many seating options, bathrooms, and to get the ice cream, there's a really neat little assembly line. You start at the right end, grab your desired size of cup, and choose as many flavors as you desire, then moving left, you head to the toppings. Many varieties of toppings including boba, gummies, chocolates, and nuts. They all have tongs so you don't contaminate anything and after you get your toppings, it is weighed at 43 cents an ounce I believe. A little on the pricey side but so good after a hot fishing trip. CHIK FIL A is right next to it as well, so if you're looking for a meal to compliment the ice cream, head there. But yeah, the employees are nice, the vibe is great, there's spots in and out to eat it, and they have lids so you can take them out or in a car. They've got napkins and spoons, and it's a great place for a family with kids. Delicious quality yogurt and all kinds of flavors including coconut, raspberry, vanilla, mountain blackberry, pomegranate raspberry sorbet, and many more! Anyway, definitely coming back soon!
Ridiculously expensive!!!! Just went with my daughter and got only 1 ice cream of the smallest cup and ended up paying 23$ for 1 ice cream. Cup wasn't even full lol ?
Excellent frozen yogurt and toppings! The toppings bar was very clean and organized. I couldn't decide what I wanted so doubled down. Strawberry Cheesecake swirl topped with Cheesecake pieces, fresh strawberries, coconut, waffle cone wedge and just a touch of strawberry syrup. Vanilla Salted Caramel swirl topped with cookie dough, heath and caramel syrup.
Pretty good stuff. It is kept clean and has a lot of seating that never seems to be full. The location shares a parking lot with some other businesses so parking can be annoying but not terrible.
Nice place but the price is outrageous. We are a family of 5 and drove to American Fork from Eagle Mountain to spend $50 on ice cream! Never again!
Had Froyo in other cities, and this one is a decent location. It wasn't a great first-time experience, but the place seemed clean and inviting upon first walking in.Seemed like only one employee was working there, which was fine as we came in the hours between lunch and dinner so it wasn't busy, but we were not greeted when we walked in. Also, you cannot sample any flavors at this time (I'm sure it's because of the pandemic), so I'm not sure if they actually gave samples pre-pandemic at this location. When checking out, the employee seemed disinterested, disconnected, more like a robot who just was there to do her job and not go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Yogurt was just OK.
Very clean -- spotless -- it even felt safe in covid times! At least 12 different flavors to choose from, well stocked fruits, and friendly staff, too. We got it to- go (covid safety), which they made easy: they keep lids and bags behind counter (keeps lids sanitary), and we will definitely visit again!
An employee flipped us off and thought we couldn’t see her in the reflection of the window. This was after we had to wait at the register for them as they were in the back room. After we sat down, they began to make TikTok’s on their phones, amidst the customers in the full lobby. The tables were covered in froyo, and they didn’t do anything about it. Very disappointed
It's really frustrating that they don't allow samples. Especially when you have a family of six you bring and kids are unsure what flavors they will like. We've been here numerous times and it's getting old that they are the only frozen yogurt place in town that doesn't allow samples. We won't be returning anymore as a result.
