I got my order pretty quickly. The loaded potato soup was really good! The steak and cheese sub, however, is a different story. The meat was slimy and the sandwich was soggy.I've heard better things about the meatball sub. Will have to try that next time!

Similar experience with others. We went here and was greeted with signs on the door to order through the app... fine, I understand about staff shortages. We go back in the car and proceed to order. After we order, we get a call and they tell us that they are out of white bread.... This would have been nice for them to mention when we walked in the store and they told us to order online. Again fine, I understand about food shortages. We then wait in the parking lot and see many people go in and pick up orders. We go in and ask if our order is ready, they say it is almost done.... we wait another 20 minutes.... We wonder if they are going to ever tell us it is ready.... We go back in and it is sitting there waiting... Even during shortages and issues, small things can still have a big impact on returning customers. This location is going downhill very fast. I hope it turns around. Until then, I most likely won't be back.

We love firehouse but this location tonight was extremely disappointing. First off, there were a half dozen signs on the doors showing al the shortages and issues. My husband wanted to order but they said it had be done only on the app. There wasn’t a soul in the restaurant, so even if there’s a staff shortage, this is ridiculous. Then they locked the doors 15 minutes before closing time. We ate our food from the restaurant next door outside so we saw so many people try to come in and but we’re turned away before closing time because of the locked doors.

I used to come here almost weekly on my lunch break for about a year but my experience has been extremely inconsistent and as of lately, disappointing. The meat never fully extends to the edge of the sub, so one of the ends always has 1-2 inches of just bread, mayo, and lettuce. I always get the sub to go, and they have forgot the pickle every single time in the past few months. Also the location has been take out only and understaffed for so long now. I understand that a lot of places are understaffed right now and its fine for a bit, but it's been over a year with the same problem. Maybe pay your employees more if no one wants to work for you. Now I've been going to another nearby sub shop which is leagues more consistent.

I have come here a lot over the past few years, and I have never had a bad sandwhich. Sometimes they mess up the build your owns, or look at you like you are crazy for getting them, but I come for a good sandwich, and I definitely get it! The reason for four stars is the lack of morale in that store. It’s tough seeing the place always short staffed and under paid. The company as a whole makes so much money that they should be paying much better wages here, especially when there’s only a couple people there at any given time. Do better Firehouse!

Seems to be kind of hit and miss. Sometimes the subs are great, other times they just aren't very good at all. It's not all staffing, it's ingredients also. If the bread is old don't use it. If the tomatoes aren't decent, don't use them. Quality ingredients make a big difference.

Go to this store every few weeks, always good but tonight I was very impressed . Walked up to the door and saw a sign advising that due to lack of staff they were only doing online orders . I returned to me car, downloaded the app and placed my order . Walked in ten minutes later to find one single young man working the entire store . He was busting his butt, and working hard, in hindsight kinda wish I would have grabbed his name . Figured this is the next best thing to reaching out to the owners . Whoever was working Saturday night July 29th by himself around 7:30, needs to be noticed and recognized for his hard and professional work. It’s not every day you find employees like this anymore . Hold onto that guy , and share a job well done from me . See you in a week or two ?

I love firehouse subs, I've never had a bad sandwich. I'm not sure why it's taking an hour to get a couple sandwiches though. The place is packed with people waiting and the staff behind the counter is meandering around. I would love to say that there's a little bit of hustle, but there's not. Literally an hour wait, potential customers are walking out.I am sure that it will be delicious when I do get it though, so 3 stars.

Firehouse has always been good to us, we love going here for a good sandwich, except today. Today we waited over 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches, heard the workers multiple times say they messed up our order and had to restart it. While we was waiting for our 2 to-go sandwiches we watched them make, only 1 of the 4 workers had gloves on while touching all of the breads, vegetables, and meats. That alone made me not want to eat my sandwich. ? we got home with our sandwiches and 1 of them only had 2 pieces of meat while the other sandwich had both meats on it. I hate writing a bad review because we love this place but seeing all of the other negative reviews & experiencing something like this we will wait until something changes here, especially when you enforce your employees to wear gloves!

Paid for a large sub, but basically got a medium. Also ordered it on white bread, got it on wheat. All good, I still love firehouse but would like this location to improve a bit.
