You go after little companies when your cookie stores are the plague! Can't drive to a single town without seeing a McDonald's and A CRUMBLE. Yet another company makes cookies and you attack them! Oh no! They made cookies too- how dare they!?!? How greedy and terrible you see them because they make cookies too! We will never buy crumble cookies again. Plus they are too sweet and overly strong. Happy to take our business to Crave and Dirty dough. All large orders are going to them too. I'm not going to ever support a company who is cookie version of a big box taking out the little guys. Crumble - you are pethethic.
The best entry in the Utah cookie shop market. Chip, Dirty Dough, Swig, they’re all good. But Crumbl really is the best of the group. They tend to be the most moist but still cooked (occasionally Chip cookies can come out a tad on the raw side). They are good at balancing the batter flavors with their icings. They for sure have the best marketing videos each week so be careful visiting their site unless you want to get enticed into buying more cookies. The variety of the flavors week to week is impressive. My only complaint about this specific location is they seem to struggle with inventory management a bit because compared to other Crumbls (AF, Orem) they tend to run out of something faster. Overall amazing cookies and a great easy gift to send to someone via delivery.
Every time I go in and order cookies staff is alway very fast and friendly. Cookies are ready and frosted right then and made sure you are happy with how they look, wonderful of course. They are very delicious and I come back every week for more.
Just moved here from Texas where I was loyal to Great American Cookie Company, but they are not here in Utah. Thankfully I stumbled onto Crumble and have fallen in love. The cookies are super delicious and each location I have been to the customer service is always amazing.

We love Crumbl! The most fun is their menu changes every week. Each Sunday my kids and I look to see what delicious options are coming! Pricey cookies but really delicious.
Crumbl is great, I’ve been eating their cookies for years and prefer them over the other places in town. They have creative, and delicious flavors that are always worth trying. All that being said, this specific location aggravates me. The people working here never seem to be in a hurry. The leisurely wander about without a care in the world. The other day I went to pick up my online order. It took a few minutes before I could even get help from an employee (there was one other customer in the store and about 4 employees) my order was just sitting there behind their counter but I had to wait about five minutes for the employee to put their gloves on to hand over a closed box…? I really prefer the location in Orem, they have their act together! Unfortunately I live way closer to this location and have to deal with these lazy teenage employees that just don’t care about anything. So if you want good cookies, Crumbl is great. Just don’t expect much from the employees here!
We bought the special semi-sweet cookies , peanut butter and milk chocolateI don't know what they did differently with the semi-sweet chocolate chip dough, but it was NOT the same as the other two.The texture was different and the two chocolate chip doughs tasted nothing a like.I would assume the only difference should be the chips.The semi - sweet tasted like it was made with crisco or margarine, not butter like the milk chocolate chip cookie.My whole family tasted these cookies and agreed the one was not very good.
First of all, these gourmet cookies are HUGE. The chocolate chip is delicious but there are many more flavors to choose from. The cookies are super yummy, but my daughter especially loves the frostings. Delicious!
