So I have never had a bad experience at Cold Stone until today. The young lady serving was very short with me (kept cutting me off for some reason). Besides that the largest size is the one I ordered for two of us but it was barely filled. The ice cream sat well below the waffle cone. I understand having a bad day and not wanting to deal with customers but don’t take it out on the scoops.Super disappointed.
I had a problem with one of the orders I made. Management gave me their number to resolve the issue and they were very nice and were concerned about my experience in their store.
Cold Stone is good. This location is good too. It is usually pretty busy but the line moves pretty quickly so for a quick date it is good.My wife and I went there tonight for a quick date and the signature creation that I got was good, but they left out the cookie dough. I still enjoyed it because it had all the other mix-ins, however I am a huge fan of cookie dough so that was sad. I’d still go again because I love ice cream and I have a ton of gift card money to spend.
Absolutely horrible experience. Cold Stone sends you an email coupon, then will not honor it. The treated us like thieves. We have never had problems like this before, but we will never go to Cold Stone again. Great job, you lost a customer for life.
Asked for mint &chocolate chips. They gave me some mint brownie mix. When I showed them they said I'd have to pay for a new one... they mess up I pay 2 times.Edit: called the number in the comment got a person 1st try! Was professional and helped clear the situation ? . Great customer service ?
The guy who helped me was so fun and helpful! He made my day! I usually don’t like cold stone but I was getting some for my husband. His recommendation changed my mind about cold stone ice cream and we will definitely be going back more often!
Cools Stone is the onlyice cream I will eat. It is good, heathy ingredients. Great variety of flavors. I love the Coffee and Chocolate mixed. If you haven't been to Cold Stone you need to go. It is excellent ❣️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️??

I ordered just some plain vanilla icecream here and was extremely disappointed. I was eating it and there started to appear to be weird, white, rubbery chunks of god knows what in it. I had to throw it away for fear of what that unknown substance was. Will not be coming back here again.
Rude staff. Not a good experience. Don't go on a weekend night if you want to have a good experience.
