We love the 2 for $25 meal so we try to eat here but it's always a 90 minute wait when we try. So we got a 30 minute wait today so we decided to give it a shot. Well, our server never came for 10 minutes after we were seated, so we had to get staff to attend to us. The manager came and took our order and we eventually met our server who were both very apologetic, which was nice (hence the extra star) but the food took a while to get out and when it did my steak was burnt. I didn't want to send it back because I didn't want to wait forever to get another one. We didn't get any water refilled, and after all that I was hoping to get comped for something by the manager for all the troubles, but that didn't happen. There's a lot of options in that area so we'll just go somewhere else from now on.

I like going to Chilis because they usually have a good variety of good food and offer a selection of menu items that aren’t too heavy (but still taste great!). Service is usually friendly, as well.

Boring, dry tacos. They took forever to come out, and we’re completely unappealing or interesting in any way. The side of rice was cold and dry. Especially for a restaurant that claims the “Tex-Mex” label, I was surprised. The waitress was very helpful and kind though, so props to her! I think her name was Cortney. She was quick on refills, especially with how busy it was.

Wait time was 30-45min, expected for a Friday date night around 6pm. Received a text when it was our turn to be seated. The fried Pickles are delicious! The burger I got was greasy and oily. But my husband's shrimp fajita was excellent. Will come again and order some same and different menu options, and not during the dinner rush.?

Id like to start by saying I used to work in fast food and never post reviews, especially negative ones. However this location has the absolute worst customer service and food quality I have ever seen. Everytime I have ordered takeout or delivery I have had a major issue with my order. For instance, a chicken mex bowl without chicken....what? Other things have also been left out on other orders. Today I ordered a lunch fajitas combo and received a plate with the picture attached. Almost no chicken and rice and no pico, guac, sour cream, cheese or salsa. The rice was also dried out. There was random cajun sauce smeared around. It looked like someones leftovers. There was enough food for 2 fajitas. Whenever I visit in person I almost always wait 10 minutes, with multiple servers walking past me and the restaurant not busy, before someone greets me at the door. One day I waited 20 minutes. I will never go to this location again. Its an absolute disgrace. The photo is all of the food that was included, except beans and tortillas, before I ate anything.

tl;dr - service was poor, food was worse. From the minute we walked in the door to the moment we left this was the most disappointing Chili's experience my wife and I have ever had. We both have fond memories of Chili's from our adolescence. Sadly, those were painted over with one of those pukey beiges. The person who seated us was on their phone and didn't realize we had walked in. When they did, they asked us how many, we said two. They said they had tables. We waited for the person to seat us but they didn't move. It wasn't busy. We were the only people in the lobby. A few moments later the awkward silence was broken by another couple coming through the door behind us. The person at the desk asked them how many, they said two, and the person said 'right this way'. They walked past us and took this other couple to a table. When the person came back I asked rather obtusely if they still had any tables for us. They seemed to realize that we too would like a table to sit at and possibly eat food.Once we arrived at the table we asked for a sling for the baby's car seat. The person who seated us said, yes of course, and then sauntered off back to the front. We both looked at each other thinking whether we should go and ask again or just wait. When our server came to the table a few minutes later we asked again, and thankfully this time we were met with a level of understanding. One of our favorite things at Chili's is to order the "bottomless" chips and salsa and the "bottomless" lemonades. In this instance, bottomless was defined by how infrequently they were replenished. We waited and waited, bowl empty, mugs empty. Furthermore, that first bowl of chips was a disaster. Somehow the chips we got were both soggy and stale at the same time, which we didn't realize was possible. They hadn't been cooked in the oil long enough (soggy), and they'd been left out for a while (cold and stale). This was the case for about a third of the chips. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and soldiered through this first bowl in the hope that the next would be up to standard. When it finally came, it was more of the same. The bottomless woes continued with the soup and salad. Rather than the usual 4 or 5 options for soups, there were two. When the soups came they were lukewarm at best. The bottomless salad was also disappointing. The lettuce was wilted, and the general freshness of the other ingredients left much to be desired. The hardest part was that the cutlery packs on our table were missing one of the forks, so once the food had eventually arrived we had to wait for someone to come back to ask for a fork. The entrees were not much better. The chicken crispers were cold and chewy. The one bright hope as far as the food goes was the half rack of ribs. Thankfully, those were decent hence the 2-star review instead of a 1-star review. When it came time to pay, we had our typical experience with the on-table payment system, dire! That doesn't surprise because it always seems to have issues. However, at the end of an altogether disappointing experience it comes as a final slap in the face. Not only will you have a bad time, they'll make it hard for you to leave. We've eaten out enough since COVID to realize that things are different now. Service is down, prices are up. We get that. We try to support restaurants by frequenting and tipping. What we don't get is that expectations should be so low and still not be met. We filled out the survey at the table with all of these same concerns about service and poor food quality. Regardless of whether that feedback is internalized, we won't be going back in a hurry.

An order of boneless wings costs $10.39 before tax. I got home and opened my bag and this is what I was given…are you serious? ?

Late lunch, just the two of us waited 35 mins short staffed, Understandable. It was no the wait that made this visit bad, It was the dirty tables, our server sitting down and eating with friends, forgetting items we asked for. Food was cold when we final got our meal. I understand being short staffed, but when employees are sitting down, walking around and not clearing tables. This is what i don't understand. I wish more employees would take some initiative and be great examples to others. but instead we have them saying it is not my job.

The waitress was really nice and helpful. They gave us all the food, and extra but only charged for what we ordered. The triple dipper is perfect size for a meal if you're not interested in a big burger or something. I'm vegetarian so I got the fried pickles, the crispy cheddar bites, and the awesome blossom petals!

They took good care of our party. The food was great. The team of waiters were great. I really enjoyed our time there.
