I ordered a nuts about berries salad. My receipt says it. There’s even a sticker on the box that says nuts about berries… that’s not what I got. I tried to eat it but the strawberries are way over ripe and taste gross. I usually have great experiences ordering from Zupas… not this time.

This Zupas has been disappointing lately. The tables are usually dirty, the employees are often unwelcoming and dismissive. Today, this is the bowl my salad came in. Very dissatisfied with this location!

I can't say any more about the mushroom soup! It was delicious. Tastes as good as my homemade soup except the mushroom pieces were smaller(which I liked). The sandwiches were delicious and I tried a couple of salads. Yes the strawberry and roll were good. You can get a bowl of soup and half sandwich or 1/2 salad for $10. That is reasonable and plenty of food!

Ordering curbside pickup online was very easy. I pulled up 5 minutes early, marked that I arrived on the text they sent and the food came out 2 minutes after that. Everything was accurate and tasted great. Will definitely order here again.

I LOVE the food at Zupas. It's fresh and has good flavors. My husband always knows that when I get to choose where we eat, I usually want to eat there.However... This Zupas has been getting worse over time. We have had bad experiences with online ordering and pickup at this location but I have let it go. This evening we got some food and it prompted this review. I got a "nuts about berries salad" and it should have been called "kind of nuts about half a berry salad" because it was literally $10 for a bunch of lettuce and half a strawberry, a teaspoon of nuts, and a few blueberries. I'm glad I at least like the dressing. I was really disappointed. We spent too much money on just a bunch of lettuce. I'm bummed. I am a fan of Zupas, but more and more I can't defend it or justify spending so much on such small food portions.

Delicious food! We ordered curbside pickup. I like the feature they have that you can text them when you arrive at the location to pick up. The food was great! I tired two new things- the tomato soup and steak sandwich. I loved both and would order both again. I did the pick two which came with a roll and chocolate dipped strawberry. The tomato soup was creamy and smooth. The steak sandwich had a lot of cheese and steak in it. I really liked the roasted red peppers in it. The steak was tender and not gristly. It did cost extra to get the steak sandwich but it wasn't much- only $1. In my eyes this was a deal to up grade my sandwich for the more premium one than the rest.

I really enjoyed lunch with friends at Café Zupas a couple weeks ago! I wish they had locations in other areas of the country because I would go all the time. Their salads taste really fresh, the soups are yummy, and the sandwiches looked good too.I really enjoyed the enchilada soup and the Thai steak sandwich. The free bread and chocolate covered strawberries are a really nice touch. Our entire group left happy!

Been here a dozen times or so. Always consistent. Really enjoy the southwest protein bowl. Soup is great too - have had the potato soup and tortilla chili soup. Long wait tonight, attributed to the lack of workforce right now but the employees were great, working really hard, and the food tasted great.

Terrible service at Zupas last night. Salads just literally thrown together. Extremely Watered down soup. Sandwiches were sloppy and cold. No strawberries, or the extra ones I ordered. No bread or the extra ones I ordered. No mention when picking up the order they were out either and still was charged for it!! Called in and was met with more hostility than apology’s. Very disappointing, 55$ later and quite literally one of the worse dining experiences we’ve had, will never go back…my kids who love Zupas were so sad!

I’ve been sadly disappointed by this Zupas lately. The portions have gotten smaller and smaller. Look at the size of my kids grilled cheese sandwich compared to the much smaller chicken pesto panini. Pretty sure the adult sandwiches should at least be as big, if not bigger than a kids sandwich... the next picture shows the kids “Mac n cheese” which was more like noodles in a soup which my kids wouldn’t eat at all. My husband tried a bite and understood why they wouldn’t eat it, it was nasty. We were disappointed to have spent so much on such poor quality/size and won’t be returning anymore.
