Drive thru was really fast. They were generally pretty friendly. The rice was terrible, the beans were okay, and the beef enchiladas were not worth the price spentThe rice really was pretty bad. The beans definitely were pulled from a can, and I can find better enchiladas in the freezer section of the grocery store. The only good thing I can say about the place is that they were friendly at the drive-thru, and generally pretty fast now

For the record, I always go to the Beto’s in Springville and they are awesome! But the person in the drive through in American Fork was just exceptionally rude. Spoiler alert: I didn’t even get any food. Here is the conversation:“Hi, can I get a kids size breakfast burrito?” (That’s just a normal breakfast burrito with a little less filling)“No, we don’t do those here.”“Ok… can I just have a normal one cut in half then”*no response*“Hello?”*no response”“Is anyone there??”I waited about 45 more second before leaving to go to work without eating, which was awesome. I ended up there because literally every other restaurant in American Fork was packed except for that Beto’s, and now I know why. I hate to sound like a brat, I know people have bad days and there are reasons being all kinds of misunderstandings, but if you’re gonna work in customer service, don’t be rude.

This is a very nice establishment. I love ordering their crispy bean burritos here. I used to come here a lot and the service was always very nice.

Listen, most of us know what Betos is. It's huge, greasy burritos. It's good for hangovers and the munchies. It is questionable run down shacks with drive thrus, and you're always a little bit worried that there might be somebody in there having a bad day sabotaging your food. They don't have nutrition information so if you're counting calories you'll probably want to save the other half for later and count it as 800 just to be safe...But you knew all this before you left the house, and it's all incredibly worth it. The breakfast burritos are my favorite but every time I've strayed from this mainstay, I've been satisfied. Make sure you get plenty of that red sauce! Some people prefer the green sauce but I don't understand those people.

This came from Doordash. Pretty sure the driver ate a piece of it. (The bag was untied and the bottom part is actually the middle of the cake, missing the bottom half of the cake. Ugh. I love this dessert and looking at it half eaten, I feel violated. What the heck. :/

Great food but like other restaurants this one has an open sewer line somewhere. They should have me find it.

Love this place and have been going here for years. Thanks guys I always enjoy your food so much. Honestly its amazingly sized proportions for the cost, and delicious too.

The experience was not the most impressive. I have never been more dissatisfied buying something for $11 than ever before. I had order rolled tacos. They give you about six of them, but... you can see by the photos of how worthwhile that is.keep in mind that the street tacos being the last photo cost $10. Tell me how the meat is comparable with possibly $2 worth of food on the rolled tacos.

Love getting the breakfast burritos. I have tried most of them and only have the steak and eggs one and I will have tried them all. Have loved all of thus far. The tacos and salsas are always a good choice.

The food was very good except for the chips and salsa. Do your due diligence before placing this order. The wait was approx ten mins with four vehicles in front of us. We eat here once every other month.
