It is often said of any restaurant that if you go to their bathroom first you can tell how safe the food is. Since certain people have left this particular location, the bathrooms and trash containers aren't being kept up.
I was there at around 6:50 pm and I could not get a B-cheesy because the oven was already off. That was disappointing, especially since they close at 8 pm. The staff was really good about it, though. They offered me a pastry of my choosing due to the inconvenience. I really wanted my B-cheesy!!!
I drink a lot of coffee, and from a variety of places.
Bean & Brews Coffee house is a great place to come in get a cup of coffee and do some computer work and catch up with friends.Wonderful environment, quick service.The coffee house was clean and in good condition.
Ok the service is always super slow at this location, but we still liked to come here. We just ordered a chai and took it home. Didn't take a single sip. Opened the lid because it felt light. Two inches of empty space at the top... Merry Christmas I guess.
Kinda grossed out and really slow service. Also their speaker system seems kinda broken, it was difficult to hear the order being spoken back to us.I understand the slowness, retail and food service are very difficult this time of year. That would have given it 4 stars.BUTAt least one of the workers didn't pull their hair back, so it was long and scraggly and brushing against food and drinks. I felt ok taking our stuff, because another person make the drinks, but I hope her hair didn't make it into someone else's food.Drinks tasted good, I really like Beans and Brews products, but I don't know if I will go back to this location.
I went through the drive thru today and they didn’t have the cap secure on the cup so when I grabbed it it spilled all over my hand, burned me, and got all over the side of my car. All they did was apologize, didn’t offer me another replacement drink or gift certificate…nothing. I was appalled. Be careful when you grab your hot beverages, people.
I like this location! They always nail my coffee perfectly, and yes I’m one of those people with a complicated order. I would definitely suggest this place.
The baristas were so sweet and it was 7 am! I was impressed to have great service so early. Thank you beans and brews!
