I was excited to try their new burger but I was very disappointed. The bun was very tough as was the meat. The bun was also cold and the meat was barely lukewarm. The burger wasn't wrapped properly so the sauce spilled out in the bag and I couldn't get the burger out of the bag without getting sauce all over me. The line was short and the service was relatively quick so I was surprised to get a cold Burger and Bun. I'll take another chance next week and see if they can improve.
I've been to this Arby's a ton as I work close by, every day Patricia is working the window it's awful, she's always grumpy and inpatient, I feel bad leaving a bad review because the guy who is usually working the window is absolutely fantastic and has wonderful energy, but she is a terrible experience. Every time I go to this Arby's to the point where I sigh every time I hear her grumpy attitude come through. The food is great and never had any issues but her alone makes me want to go to another place to eat, it's that bad.
I love their food it's always cooked perfect. But every time I go there, which is about once a week, Patricia works the window and she is just so grumpy. Never lets me actually finish ordering before telling me the total, but then gets annoyed when I ask at the window if she'd please add to it. She makes for a terrible customer experience. Arby's is my number 1 when it comes to my weekly fast food as I work near. But she makes me not want to go back.
Just dealt with the grouchiest person at this location. She said her name was Patricia. Just really disappointing I have been going to Arby's for years and years and never received such awful service. If you look at my reviews almost all of them are great reviews. It's just sad when customer service comes to this.
Rude employees unwilling or unable to honor the coupon for Jazz scoring. Employees could be nicer and more apologetic if it's a decision from the top and ownership shouldn't make a coupon they're unwilling to honor.
Feedback from bad user experience: this is the only Arbys that I have been to in Utah County that would give one Jazz free classic roast beef sandwich even though there were 2 of us in the car. What makes your Arbys so special? Will not be coming back with your made up rules.Was happy to be defiant and cancel the rest of my order.

Just a note, they don't serve corned beef sliders at this location like all the other locations. But the food I did get was good
I go here when I want a meal fast and in good quality. Clean and generally positive environment. Recommend this Arby's location above all others
I went through the drive thru and the lady working it today at 2:30 was being so rude to me. When I asked if I could have some more honey mustard for my daughter she told me she’s not giving me anymore. (Note that she only gave me 3) I got 6 sandwiches and 2 big things of nuggets and fries. So Appetently I’m not allowed to have more than 3? worst worker ever I’m never gonna be going back and will be sharing my experience other places online.
