Patricia or pk assaulted me at the drive through. If she is a manager then arbys doesn’t need to be doing business with the public

This store is going back to condiments rationing!! I remember they tried this some years ago and it didn’t work! Two 1 ounce tubs of sauce for 9 piece chicken nuggets?! I don’t know about everyone else but if I paid $13 for one meal I want as many sauces as I ask for! Who owns this store? I’m gonna find out and then never visit an Arby’s owned by you again!

Our customer service experience in the drive thru was very poor. Along with our meals, we ordered a diet coke and a regular coke. When they were handed to us, both had the tabs pushed indicating they were diet. I let the woman know both lids were indicating they diet and asked which one was the regular. She just stared at me blankly. When I showed her the lids, she grabbed both drinks from me and and said "fine, I'll just throw them both away." She started yelling at a young man inside about how to push the tabs on the lids correctly. When she handed me the new drinks I told her that a small thing like this should not negatively impact so severely and she told me to " kiss her A**". Yikes! After looking at many recent reviews for this location, there seems to be someconistent challenges here with the overall customer experience.

It's ok but not great. I wouldn't rate the food better or worse than any other average fast food restaurant. The service is ok too, again not bad but not great either. One thing that peeves me a bit is that the lobby, which is finally open again, has very limited hours. I get that they are struggling to find enough employees to be open additional hours. I guess if I want to eat in and they aren't open I'll go to the next fast food joint that is open.

Only open for a few hours due to staffing shortages. Lobby is still closed. Limited menu. I work close by and used to walk over, but now am forced to drive since only drive thru is an option. I enjoy their fresh turkey sandwiches, but I need to find another fresh sandwich option place to eat at on lunch break where I don't have to eat in my car.

This Arby's for whatever reason, is lousy at best, from bad customer service, to dining room closed, to store closed due to lack of staffing, to incorrect orders, to improper preparations on the food. This is my experience from several times trying to eat here.I am never going back to this location.

With all of the current regulations of masks dropping I find this establishment still having their lobby closed and a group of inexperienced teens running the place. The lack of expression and communication with the person taking the order and my money was less than acceptable.I won't be returning to this location any time soon. Management may want to work with the kids running their joint and teach them how to properly greet customers paying their checks. Having my overfilled bag of food just shy of thrown to me through the drive through window wasn't what I was expecting.Again not the professional way to treat a paying customer.

I will never eat at this Arby's again. I came here tonight during my lunch break. I got my food fries was burnt tasted like it was made few hours ago. Chicken was so dark. The picture I posted doesn't do justice.

Purchased two fish sandwiches and two small fries, one crinkle and one curly. Fish was tough and dry in the middle and inedible around the edges, like had to work to even bite through it inedible. The crinkle fries were cold and stale. If you look at the pics you can see they are so old they've started to shrink. Manager offered replacement, why would I want more bad food. Refund would require a second 5.2 mile / 26 minute round trip plus waiting on the service. Gee thanks. I'll just keep my $10 curly fries and never come back.

Who even runs this place? Came here tonight and there were no straws, no napkins, no sauce, and no receipt paper. I get there are supply chain shortages but literally went to an arby’s last week with none of the above problems. Sounds like this place needs new management.
