I asked for an A2 Combo meal, but then decided to change it to an A7, and the woman on the other end sounded incredibly frustrated by this. I could hear her grumbling. Then she didn't read back my order or give me the total, and when I asked her to read it back to me, she said it was an A2 combo meal. When I told her that I had changed it, she started ranting in Spanish. I can only assume that she was cursing at me or complaining to a coworker. Why? Simply because I decided to change my order? And she was apparently too frustrated already to pay attention to the change? I guess I wasn't clear enough with her, because she gave me the burger only, not the combo meal I was asking for. I should've just left and took my business elsewhere, because I didn't trust eating the food after this unnecessarily hostile customer service experience.
No inside eating. Drive up ONLY. Food was good but not hot. Biscuits was mashed in the box. Don't think they care about customers or good service any more, since they don't have inside eating. You drive away and good luck with your food.
I have been to this location 3 times and have only been able to order food once. Very poor service, rude cashiers. Something is always broken or not available. From other reviews, it looks like this is a pattern.
Had a couch on top of my vehicle and was told to order online because I couldn't fit through the drive through. The app only gave me locations is California not where I am in American Fork Utah. My mom only got Texas locations on the website, and you can't order in the Lobby. So we were forced to go elsewhere. Don't bother wasting your time if you haven't ordered online ahead of time and not use their app you have to get the Doordarsh app because their app is useless.
This review is based on several times now that I have had poor service. I have been asked to pull forward and wait for my food. It is never timely. The most I have had to wait has been 20 minutes.Today I had to leave without my food because I had a meeting I couldn’t miss.They have lost my business. I can understand if this happened once or twice, but several times now is unacceptable.
They are literally never open. Most of the time they have the drive thru closed. Just go to McDonald’s or Arbys ?
I tried to place my order AND get my birthday rootbeer float. The birthday email doesn't say you need to print it, so I just had it pulled up on my phone. They refused me any service because it wasn't printed. So no food and no birthday float. Very poor customer service. Not nice people.
If you’re wondering why it takes so long to get your food, or why they said that the chicken won’t be ready for a couple more hours, that they only have tenders or wings, no actual chicken ready, and that they’re out of Hamburger Patties. (Reading last reviews it seems this has been a problem) this is why. KFC here in AF is a problem and I’d be very concerned if I was the business owner. I drove across the street to Wendy’s and they served me great!!!!! Go check the review I left them.
How is a hamburger place out of patties? Are they really out of patties or are the workers just to lazy to cook them? I should be able to get a hamburger at a hamburger place. Never going here again
Rude every time I’ve gone there I think this place needs to go out of business and the ownership has major problems with their employees they told me the F you at the window And to the ownership or management who reads this don’t bother apologizing it will not change things I will never go there again until you fire all employees and rehired Maybe you should work there with your employees to see the problems you have
