Every time I go to this location the fries are horrible. I used to work in the food industry and the cooking oil is not being changed. The fries come out super soggy you are literally taking a bite of oil. The employees are nice people can’t complain about them.
Tried to order wings for the super bowl. They turned off their website at 4:30 so you couldn't order online. We called and they said you could hold and they would take your order. We decided to just go up there and place a order instead of waiting on hold. We were told they're no longer taking orders because they had too many yet they were still taking phone orders. Done with wingstopif that's how you do business.
I was leaving work and decided to call in for some wings before heading over to wingstop. The guy that answered put me on hold for 12 minutes. I got there and no customers were at the store. I asked the lady what was their phone number to very that i had called the right store and it was. I showed them the hold recording since i was still on hold and they didnt seem to care. I had to wait 20 more minutes for my order.
LOVE THE FOOD every time I come the food is cooked well and tastes great depending on the day the service is either great, or the person at the counter is just trying to get through the day. Overall great food and average service.
This location always has a wait. Not sure if they are short staffed or what? I wish they had a second location to serve Wylie/Murphy/Lucas.
Love My Wylie Wingstop. The open kitchen area shows just how hard working these individuals are. To the right I could see order after order stacked up. Covid has been harsh on the food industry, however these guys moved very efficiently and still had time to be personable. Thanks Bryan at the front desk for being swift with the responses to random questions about the sauces and such. Great job guys, hang in there!
Always great to be told it will be 20-25 minutes and then waiting 50 minutes for your order.
I love their fries! So fresh! The only thing I don't like about this place is their regular chicken wings. They taste like nothing. I would recommend coming here if you ?????? wings!
Placed order 3 hours ahead of time. Order delivered an hour after scheduled time. Ordered 50 dollars worth of food and not one thing on the order was right. When I called in I was told I can come in and pick up the correct order in another hour when it would be ready. Will not come to this establishment again.
Horrible experience. They messed up my order. I ordered wings and fries. The guy assumed I wanted a meal and proceeded to charge me for a meal. I told him, I don’t want a meal. I waited 20 minutes for my food to be ready. When I picked it up, they didn’t have the fries that I ordered. He knew immediately he forgot to include what I ordered. Unknowledgeable, poorly trained staff and management. I will never return here
