This location is a joke! Whether your in person or placing an order through a 3rd party. Don't bother asking if picking up an order..they lie and say its in the sealed bag (along with cold food) Not true..and WILL NOT answer the phone if you call. Poor management, employees, and leadership..even BK and McD's at least puts a sauce in the bag...Dave must be proud!

Heading to baseball game so picked up some dinner for kids. Ordered four $5 Biggie Bags. Two of which were the bacon dbl cheeseburgers but they gave me 2 Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers instead. With the crispy chicken BLT I requested a plain sandwich with only bacon and chicken but they still put cheese on it and it was very old and hard as hell. I wasnt going to leave a review; however, when I called the story's number multiple times no one ever picked up and rather than continuously ringing a voicemail box saying the person I was attempting to reach was unavailable. Kind of sad because this is the only Wendy's close.

This is the worst Wendy's I have ever gone to. My daughter had to be somewhere by 4 and we were late. Was in the drive thru around 3:15. Placed a mobile order at the restaurant and it took 45 minutes to get my food.??? Walked in after waiting 30 minutes and was told it will be 3 more minutes and it took almost 10 minutes. It is as if the employees just do not care one bit. The employees working have no sense of urgency and walk around the restaurant slower than a turtle. All the employees need to be trained, retrained or replaced with someone who wants to work. My family will not be returning to this Wendy's again!!! Will go to the one in Murphy before I return here!!!

This was the most cleaned Wendy's that we have been. Also, Yolanda is an outstanding employee. Such a big smile on her face while she was attending us.

They gave me the wrong burger for the second visit in a row. The drive thru screen never showed my order and it wasn't read back to me. No napkins in the bag and when I politely asked for ketchup, the girl with the 3 inch finger nails gave me a dirty look, said nothing and gave me 4 ketchups. (I had 3 full meals, all with large fries.)

Repeated bad experiences here. Tonight I had to get out of the car and go back to the window when 2 of the 3 kids meals only had apples and fries in them. The wait time is awful and I shouldn't have to check that my order is all there every time. I go to the drive thru for a reason when I have 3 little kids. I am beyond done with this location. They will no longer get our business. The one in Murphy I have not had trouble at all, it just isn't close to my house.

If I could give zero stars I would. Waited for over 30 minutes in line to get my food. I saw 6 cars leave with how long it was taking. When I pulled up to the window, the girl working there was basically just standing around doing nothing. Definitely need better management during the evening shifts.

Waited for 50 minutes in line on Thursday night. I thought they’d be short staffed so I was pretty empathetic but once I pulled up there were at least 5 workers inside. Absolutely unacceptable

It would be super great if the Wylie store would change their hours on the Website.Online hrs for Sunday are posted as 8am however after checking online then driving in they are closed until 10am. No sign on drive through not post on Website. Thanks for the wasted trip but THANK YOU Jack in the Box . Your breakfast sandwich is NOW my favorite

Just wanted to give my greatest praise to the kid working the counter today about 1 o clock. Lunch rush time. He continued to keep everyone happy and multitasking with a smile on his face. They looked short staffed and he looked like he was doing 3 peoples job. Got a great employee, Jude keep up your good work and bosses give this guy a raise or promotion. He deserves it.
