Ordered on the kiosk. Waited 30 min and was then told they were not going to making our order for another 15 min. It appeared they were only servicing the drive thru orders. There were other customers inside wait on their orders as well. On top of the wait the staff was rude to one door dasher and asked them to leave the store when they told.him they were not going to be making anymore door dash orders. Bottom line, rude staff and dirty restaurant.

I know it's taco bell, but there should still be some standards. Tacos were sub par by even taco bell standards, and the cinnamon twists tasted like they had been fried in year old rancid oil. We threw out more than half our food and prayed to stay well. We didn't get sick, but it's pretty sad when that's the bar for your meal.

Sometimes they are very professional sometimes it's like the kids are working while the parents are out of town. We go there a lot but now that I think of it they've never messed up our order! That's pretty good for Taco Bell!

Tried to order but they couldn’t take the service due to lack of staff. I feel bad for them, but also feel like management should increase staff. If that’s not an option, change hours? Not sure if that’s an option since this is a franchise.. I just feel there is a better way than waiting in like over an hour and have to leave with no food.

This location is an absolute dumpster fire. 3 teens standing around joking with each other while ONE PERSON attempts to prepare all takeout, Doordash, and online orders. The kitchen and lobby were beyond disgusting and unsat. My entire order was made incorrectly with items left out. All of this on top of waiting 30 plus minutes. Staff is rude and unhelpful, and generally have awful attitudes towards customers. I will not be visiting this location again. I wish I could say this visit was an anomaly. However, this experience is normal. The only anomaly being delivered a correct order. I sure hope the manager reads these recent reviews. This store is in need of a serious overhaul.

I understand that food service isn’t as easy as everyone may put it to be, however what I don’t understand as I sat and waited for a online order inside is why the pony tailed mail manager laughed and said it’s gonna be 30 min wait for food and said but I’m going home. I get that it’s hourly work nor do I know how long he has been working but maybe atleast manage your staff as they are on their phone and not working. It’s hard to understand and believe that these people want $15 plus an hour if you want that pay you gotta earn it in my eyes. I’ll be back as it’s usually not this bad just kinda shocked on seeing an inside look at the work effort that is lacking.

Ordered 2 burritos after waiting in line for 30 minutes. The burritos were nasty. The tortillas were hard, beans were crunchy tasted horrible. Wasted my time and money

Just received my order from Door Dash. Not only did they not send my drink, any fire sauce or napkins but I open my taco to eat and it is sour cream and cheese only!! I called the store to see what they could do and the person that answered the phone was rude and would either not respond or interrupt me.

This is the worst taco bell I've been in my life, they do not care about customers, really bad attitude and poor customer service.. They should all get fired. The lady at the mic just shut me up and stop talking on the mic. No courtesy whatsoever after been on the line for minutes... And I could hear them laughing. So rude and disgusted. This store deserves negative rating.

I do understand the labor shortage but to sit in a Drive-Thru for 55 minutes and then to have a response of sorry for the delay just adds on to the frustration the smart thing to have done would have been to put a sign up on the pre-order board explaining the delay when you order saying that there's a delay due to staffing that in turn would make the customer not as frustrated now the girl at the window smiled was polite and it wasn't her fault but as a restaurant manager if I am understaffed and if the level of service is not going to be what it normally is we tell the guests up front so I give it two stars because of the politeness of the girl at the window but otherwise I'd have given it zero Stars because management did not have guestretention in mind
