worst food ever. the manager will not return calls and their corporate office will not respond. Been calling and emailing for weeks now with no reply. Do not eat here the food is old and bad we received two flatbreads that had green mold on them. I would give them no stars but you have to put something in to let you post

I had to wait 30 min to get a Italian BMT. Hopefully they get some help. Only one employee working at the time. With walk-in and online Togo orders it just too much for one person.

The customer service at this place is appalling. I ordered two sandwiches online today and they were both made completely wrong. I paid money for extras that didn’t get put in the sandwiches. I called to see about a refund and nobody answered the phone until an hour and a half later. They told me that they were busy so they couldn’t answer the phone, that is not how you do things, you answer the phone and ask if they can hold. Then when talking to whom ever answered the phone, I was rudely told they don’t have the time to deal with me because they were busy. Overall this is the worst Subway I have ever been to in terms of customer service. If I decide to do business with Subway again, it will be at a different location.

They bread was not cooked all the way and there was very poor Customer service.

Why Subway employees don't cut the sandwiches?? They just cut from top but blade didn't got go till bottom part of the bread???

Employee dropped a piece of bread and put it back in the warmer. I asked him to throw it away and he did. If I hadn’t seen him do that it would have been served to the next customer.

This place has a rude old Mexican lady that always has an attitude problem. Plus she alwaysMakes my food with and attitude. I asked her to change the chicken she gave us because it looked old an nasty looking. DO NOT COME HERE.

I placed an order today for two sandwiches, 1 salad, 1 bag of chips and 4 cookies. Our order arrived via door dash with no cookies and a sandwich made completely wrong. When I called the shop the woman said she made a mistake on the sandwich (used the salad instructions instead of what we ordered). She apologized and said she would remake the sandwich and deliver it plus the cookies. Never showed up. I text her asking if they were still going to deliver with no response just the managers name and phone number. Frustrated that I pay for a service and its not correct.

I placed my order online and paid for it at 11:23 am with a pick up time of 11:40am. I arrive to the store a few minutes after given pick up time only to find out it hasn’t been made. I am very understanding when it comes to lunch rushes and there was only 1 person working the counter at the time of my arrival, so I waited until 11:50 to check back to see if my order was ready. By then, another employee was already helping the rush of people who kept coming in one after the other. Again, my order was pushed to the side to help those that were coming in. At this point it’s after 12:00 pm and I’m slightly irritated that I had to wait 20+minutes for an order that I already paid for while watching people who came after me leave before me with their order freshly made. *My complaint here: why is there an option to place an order online and pay for it IN ADVANCE if there isn’t a sufficient amount of workers to tend to customers?* I wasn’t the only person waiting for an online order but I was definitely the person that waited the longest. **This complaint is not against the employees but rather the general manager/corporate and the lack of time management there is for scheduling.** This location will not be a lunch choice in the future until there are enough workers to tend to customers. I suggest anyone that needs a meal in a timely fashion (especially if you are on the job) to go elsewhere.
