Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Subway.
Horrible experience at this location. Tried placing an order online, an error screen kept coming out, so decided to go to another restaurant. Later that day I get a notification my order (which I couldn't place) was ready and I was charged for it. Tried canceling by calling them multiple times that day and later during the week but no one ever picked up. Went in person the following week and the cashier told me a supervisor would have to be present to help me, so I was told to wait till he/she was back from the bank. Wasted my entire lunch and no one got there. Tried calling home office to see if they could help me but the automated message said to do it online. Horrible customer service in general.
Ordered online a 6" inch Turkey sandwich combo with discount coupon and was excited about the savings.The biggest disappointment, when I got back to my place of work, said turkey sandwich didn't have the turket meat. ?Really bad service !

Sub was made like I ordered it. I ordered a footlong, grilled chicken on wheat bread. It was delicious.

I was afraid they would be closed before I arrived. I called in my order and got there as the young man was making my sandwich (about 10min before closing). He was super nice. The place was SPOTLESS! He had everything super clean and pulled forward ready to start the day tomorrow.He was so incredibly nice. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this location.
