Never go thru drive thru at this location, it's like a car wreck waiting to happen. It's easier to go inside. Sometimes. You will either have your order made right the first time, or they will make it right eventually after 45 mins of somewhat trying. It seems the employs have alot more to talk about with each other than taking the orders and focusing on their jobs rather than what video they want to show next.

Love me some starbucks. This one's closest to the casa. Had to drop one star because their drive thru is one of the slowest around unfortunately, but everyone here is nice.

I never get Starbucks but since it is holiday week I decided to get myself something. My order was messed up as I asked for an iced sugar cookie latte, told them I wanted it iced twice and still got the warm drink. When I waited at the window to get it fixed, they ignored us. Very upset as I again stated I never get drinks and the only time I decided to get one, I was disappointed in not getting the one I wanted and not even getting helped.
I want to give a shout out to this location. Today my mom got upset about the App not working and the staff there were patient and kind. I worked 8 years of retail, so I know what it's like to have a customer get mad at you for reasons that are out of your control, but this location did a GREAT job of handling the intense situation. The person who helped us even pulled out the hand book to look up the customer service number for the app. Thank you so much for your help and for keeping calm! You guys are the best!

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. My Mocha Latte was served quickly and made to perfection. Very satisfied!
This morning I went to this location and I had pre-ordered a Toasted White Mocha on the app. When I got there I was in the drive through line for 25 minutes. I was annoyed but not upset at all by this. I got my coffee and they were friendly as usual. When I got to work I realized it was not even 3/4 full and on top of that it was super lumpy and tasted gross! I ended up having to throw it out after a few sips. I called after work to let them know and the phone ranf endlessly. I made several different attempts to contact them with no answer. I will not be going their again.
I’ve been coming to this starbucks for years. All the employees are incredible. However, last night I met a young man by the name of Zeke, and I have to say. This interaction I will remember for the rest of my life. He was beyond kind and caring, I just wish nothing but the best for this guy. Much love y’all.
