If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the absolute worst location. Food is never fresh but takes 45 minutes. Ordered just an iced tea one time and after waiting 12 minutes, decided to leave. They would rather make everyone wait because they want one car hop to take out multiple orders. Just Terrible. Don't waste your time or money and drive to Murphy or Sachse.
Feels like Sonic is getting back to normal. Covid caused so many shortages for this company that would prevent them from having so many nessesary items to make your favorite things they had to tell their customers that they were out of simplest things. Such as peanut butter which angered everyone. Thinking heck they have it at the grocery store. But as with all large corporations they have strict policies and ingrediants that were developed just for them. It is why everything has its own unique taste we can not replicate at home. Be that as it may I remind everyone to think of these things as not to be unkind or give up on any business at this time that may still be struggling. Although it seems as they have been able to serve a full menu I believe we have not passed those issues yet. In the next coming weeks we will be experienceing even more delimmas. Gas will rise very high which will put cost of everything we need or do to increase exponetially. So lets try to remember the cause of this and try and not take our frustation on one another. This is the price we will pay to be the great County We Are. And Time will change everything if we believe. So for Sonic. Kuddo's to You! Way to Hand In There!!

Best Sonic experience of my life. I am looking for a management job in the restaurant industry and when I get one I am coming there to steal Krista to work for me as a server. Wow that girl has customer service and server skills and should be working as a server rather than a car hop. There is no possible way you are paying her enough. See you soon Krista. You are awesome.
While the food may be great, the service can sometimes be something to be desired. Even when placing mobile order, your order can sometimes take up to 30 minutes to be completed. However, I can overlook this area due to 50 ¢ corndogs.
To the person below who said "Say something nice or nothing at all" . I'm sorry...it's difficult to have people complain about your kid or spouse...but honestly, that's what this is for. To help people decide if they should trust their hard earned money to a place that has very few positive reviews. I have to say - I did not get what I ordered either and the girl could have cared less! Go to a place that is closer for delivery items to be available also. The service was great. Unfortunately they forgot to give us condiments. We had to ask for them.. we wished we checked to see if we had our sauce that we had pay for, for our tenders. We were home already by the time we saw we didn't have. Thats the only thing I recommend make sure u have your sauces and condiments before you leave.I have to say I got the chili tots and Unfortunately the chili didn't taste fresh at all.
You never get what you order. Order a kids drink with nerds and your charged for it and you get home and there's not one nerd in the drink. You order a kids meal and get no toy, when your kid is so excited to get a toy and to disappoint them because no one is trained right here. Food is some what warm when it finally comes out to you. This is the reason why no one want to come here to eat. This will be the reason why this place will close one day. The owner won't be able to keep there door open at this rate.
Food was good, service was a bit slow but I was warned prior to ordering. They may have been down some workers. But the car shop was very nice and friendly.
This is the worst sonic in texas.The outside trash cans are overflowing, for some reason a employee has decided to park in the grass in the front by the main sign. Burgers and fries came out cold, ice cream and shake were sloppily poured and lids were not secured to ensure proper spillage in vehicle.And I have know idea why they have several red chairs laying sideways in a parking spot as you pull in. This place is a shambles and should be closed. I hate this place.
