I will drive 10 miles out of my way to the next closest smoothly king then to return to this location. I never complain but I’ve given this location multiple chances. The past two experiences have been completely horrific. The employees are very rude and have terrible attitudes, including the supposed “area manager” Manry. Hope changes are made so others don’t have to experience this.
Love getting my smoothies here. Always done perfectly and everyone is nice.
Run down and poor quality. This Smoothie King used to be good, but has gone down hill. Drinks taste watered down and the cups aren't even filled to the top. Shelves where should be supplements for sale are bone empty.The staff and management here is clearly inexperienced. Go to the other smoothie place on 544.
I've never had any issues at this location in the past, I normally order through the app and recently the last 3-4 visits I get there and my drink is not even started on which I've ordered 15 minutes ahead. only 1 or 2 employees working and they are mostly in the back, no one is at the store front watching if there is any online orders coming through. mostly new faces every other week. no consistency in their quality, drink tastes different every visit.
Why does it look like everyone hates their jobs here at this location ? no smiles , no greets, no positive attitude , they literally say nothing from the time u walk in to the time u leave, pathetic

I ordered a smoothly online 9.17.21 @ 2p CST (Wylie). they charged my cc and I waited. I just had a major surgery and felt like protein I need could be best acquired through these very expensive shakes. I order it… and I waited. I waited one hour as it was a delivery (I get it) I called to find out where the shake was. I called x3 and the phone was picked up and hung up.. are you kidding me.. call #4 a young man Carl/Carlos whatever his name was answered the phone and in in
Been coming here for years. It's my go to spot especially when I'm headed into Friday meetings. Overall I love it but will admit the quality, service, speed and attention to detail is nowhere near what it used to be. It's getting to the point where an online order still takes 30 min for a single smoothie and it may or may not be made correctly. I attribute that to the revolving door of employees. I used to see the same crew to the point we knew eachother on a first name basis. I have no clue who the hell is on staff at any given day now lol. Maybe it's a tough gig but it seems to be a real problem with this location. The owners are cool ppl so hopefully they can turn it back around.
I usually go here weekly for my drinks but lately they’re really slacking on their work ethic and how they make drinks. The new workers I’ve seen constantly pour in and out the drink from the blender to the cup because they constantly mess up. They also server drinks in the wrong order so someone who’s been there last gets out first. I should be waiting 20 minutes for my drink. Not only that but my drink doesn’t taste like it use to. Everything here is now just a mess. Nothing feels clean and my drink isn’t even full anymore.
