I am aware that there are several choices when it comes to pizza, but there's a reason why I still go to Pizza Hut and specifically the one in Wylie. I actually do frequent carryout vs having the Sachse location deliver to me. Looking at these bad reviews and from my own personal experience, I can totally agree I've had quite a handful of terrible service here, with exception when an employee named Mo is handling things. When Mo is around, he pretty much carries this place and also more importantly just consistently gives me that \\\"Wow\\\" experience you rarely encounter these days, especially with the crazy pandemic etc going on. Mo makes me feel special, like there's no one else in this world that matters (even when customers are flowing out the door) and every pizza is done exactly as requested and my daughter is happy, so I'm happy. I will continue to make the drive and seriously pray that Mo never leaves this location. May Management be wise and realize exactly how valuable Mo is and sees to it that he is well taken care of!!
Neatness/arrangement of items on pizza, I ordered pepperoni & sausage and there was hardly enough pepperoni on pizza. I order this all the time, but this time it looked like items were extremely scarce.
It looks like you know longer offer a garlic butter on the crust option. This has always been our favorite (on deep dish) and we used to select it every time we ordered a pizza.
The Door Dash I understand you have to do with staffing issues but he must have dropped my pizza or something because it was all smashed against one side of the box. I did not request contactless and he left it on my doorstep and was at his car by the time I opened the door so I think he knew what had happened.
Last time I ordered, every item in our order was completely wrong. We ordered two pizzas and they put the wrong crusts on them. Wasn’t a huge deal but then they way overcooked one of them so we just ended up throwing it out because it tasted like cardboard. The cinnamon rolls barely had any icing so they were dry. I ordered breadsticks & they left the marinara out plus I paid for extra marinara for the pizza and they completely left it off. Called and asked if they could send a CORRECT order out so I can feed my family and they said “No”. I had 3 adults & 2 kids to feed and only 1 pizza. I finally pushed to get a credit for my order since nothing was correct and the manager reluctantly said he would put the credit on my account. Not very hopeful on that credit.Fast forward to today, I tried calling the store 4 times to place an order and no one will even pick up the phone.
Came in and only one employee working in the back with 3 customers waiting. Employee came to front and told us to have patience with our order. If their isn't enough employees working to be able to take care of customers orders than this place needa to be shut down.. To many bad reviews..
Very bad service. Every time I have ordered pizza here they always make it wrong. No one in the store answers the phone and no one ever is at the front register. It’s frustrating that they charge $1 for their special Hut crust and don’t even make it right. The pizza makers are not trained to make the pizzas correctly.
There was a situation where a customer, which evidently had not ordered a pizza before from Pizza Hut. The employee that cuts and boxes pizzas was trying to take his order. About 8 customers were lined up to pick up their order which were ready. I personally waited about 10 minutes after my order was indicated ready. The manager came from the back and took over helping the customer. After about 5 minutes the Manager had the customer step aside, clearly the customer did not know what he wanted, so he could deliver pizzas to the waiting customers. The manager hurried to get everyone their order. When I got home the two pizza that I had ordered were well overcooked. My grandchildren eat part of one slice and which normally they eat two. Totally disappointed with my pizzas and experience.
Only 1 person was working at 6pm on 11.8.21. We ordered delivery, since there was only 1 person, delivery was impossible. Your app needs to address situations like this. Somehow not allow for delivery. We went and picked up the pizza. It was warm, not hot. The person that was working was doing the best that he could, there should be more support for him.
Pizza was ready when I arrived. The texture and airiness of the crust was great.
