This location is truly one of a kind! Place an order with them and you will receive:1. A random surprise of food you didn't order and none of the food you did order! Perfect for those looking to lose weight!2. An inebriated delivery driver stumbling around and unable to speak properly handing you the food you didn't want! Such a fun story to tell the family during the holidays!3. Painful debilitating food poisoning! Their food is made with such quality and care you won't be able to eat anything else for days.4. Management and Staff who get mad at you for suggesting they might have messed up! Wanting the food you paid for and to not have lava turning inside your stomach all day is such Karen behavior .

Did an online order and it stated the delivery would take 22-32 minutes. I waited 45 minutes then I called, someone picked up the phone and hung up right away. Went up to the location and as I’m driving there I get a text that doordash would pick up my food and deliver it at 8:50, but the text was delivered at 8:54? I ordered on the Pizza Hut app and was confused. Now going to eat my pizza that I ordered for my kids and I a little more than an hour ago. Shouldn’t have taken this long, and the customer service not very good.

On April 30th, I made an order at 10:44 pm. At almost an hour and a half later, I get a phone call from the delivery driver asking how to find my apartment. Something, no other delivery person has had an issue with. It's literally a half circle, so it doesn't matter which direction you go. I explain as best I can, considering that it's not that hard, and he still never delivers. The place closes at 12 AM and doesn't answer when I try to get my money back. When I try to go online, the complaint freezes every time I enter a zip code. To top it all off, when the delivery guy originally called, he talked to me like he was doing me a favor that he doesn't have to do. After the increase in food prices, the huge delivery fee and a tip... they're doing me a favor? Later the delivery guy texts saying he was outside my door the last time he called, and I sent him away. First, if he was outside my door, all he had to do was knock. Second, I had been standing outside for 15 min, because this guy claimed he couldn't find my place. So, I could see my door and I know he wasn't there. Then at 2 AM, I get a phone call. I was asleep and woke up... I called back. The manager pretends he can't hear me and try's to pretend he is trying to get to the bottom of things. 1) He calls at 2AM, which is unreasonable by itself. 2) Really? You can't hear me... that's your excuse? Never again! Pizza Hut has always sucked, but I thought I would give them a try... and of course, nothing but a problem.

Order pizza at 12pm no pizza. Called picked up and hung up. Called again guy answers call at 1:45pm when I call makes up some story about no cash delivery, then says no drivers available, then says phone number (which is correct in Pizza Hut system) is wrong and says I can come pick up the pizza that had been sitting there over an hour started to question his BS and he says fck you and hangs up. Corporate should cancel this location...just read reviews they are all true. Update: Got 3 call backs from the pizza boy here who claims to be making a switch to plumbing now (as handling pizzas is too complex) and he plans on sticking a plunger up my you know what.....you can't fix stupid but Pizza Hut Corporate you better be paying attention.

Don't order if you expect your food to arrive, because it won't, and your kids will cry. Now you are tired and hungry, and your kids are tired and hungry, and no one has pizza. Thanks Pizza Hut!Maybe make your stores available in a 3rd party app if you're going to go ahead and outsource to door dash anyway. This is the 3rd time a door dash driver has stolen my order or maybe they are just dense and can't follow GPS directions or the fact that we are the only house with a "white minivan in the driveway." Sure, I can pick up my own pizza, but I figured tipping $10 to the driver on a $24 order was sufficient. I will never order from you guys again.

Food showed up room temp, after waiting 2 and a half hours...It was delivered an hour late from the estimated delivery time and when I tried to call the store they would hang up before I could even talk to anyone. I get that it was a Saturday night, you're busy, understaffed, etc. But don't accept deliveries if you can't deliver or answer the phone. I did get in my car finally to go to the store to make sure I could at least get a refund if they couldn't get it made but by that point it was FINALLY out for delivery. This will likely be the last time I order from here.

If they had an option for 0 starts I would use that instead. So this is the 3rd time I have problems with this pizza hut. First time I ordered my pizza never got delivered. I called and they put in another order (charged me again) and never delivered my pizza. I drove to the pizza hit and it was closed by this time I knocked on the door and the manager opened the door. I asked for the manager and he said it was him but he does not want to be. Well they atleast refunded my money. Second time told my wife to pick up a pizza on her way home and the cook was throwing and kicking stuff around and made my wife feel very uncomfortable. 3rd time I ordered my pizza they said it would be 1 hour and I said ok. I got home 2 hour later and called them and they said they don't have an order for me. So I was like here we go again. I said well nevermind at this point and hung up. I checked my credit card charges just to make sure and what do you know they charged me. Well called back and they said they don't have a record and to call back at 9pm when they probably close I'm sure to talk to the GM. Very dissapointed. You might ask why I would continue to order pizza with them. Well I like pizza hut and that is thr neatest location that delivers. And when my son wants pizza and I'm out and about its easy for me to have a pizza delivered.

Who is the owner of this certain store? This pizza hut has the worst customer service! We had the pizza delivered 2-3 wks ago and they delivered us the wrong order, not only it was a wrong order, the food looked like somebody already ate it, the chicken wings was missing 2 pcs of it, pizza was cold because it was ordered 2-3 hrs before we ordered it as we’ve seen in the receipt. We called them and we were told they are giving us a store credit instead. They were giving us $20 store credit when i paid $27, and so i said how come we’re only getting $20 and then he gave me $30. Time for us to use to the store credit and said that we only have $10! Felt like we’re robbed and deceived. Save yourself from all these trouble. There are other pizza hut store nearby with better service! Whoever is the owner of this store, please educate your crew!

I got a tastemaker thin crust with pepperoni ham and Italian sausage extra cheese and while eating my pizza I noticed a mushroom and i’m very allergic to mushrooms, this is unacceptable and I can no longer trust this brand with my pizza order
