Was just up here and was trying to use the validation code from the survey after being told on completion I could have any free burger. Only to be told at the checkout that that's not true, it's only one type of burger-we proceeded to say we would pay for the extra fee and a argument ensued inside after we told them we didn't know the name of the employee who told us this. Can't even make a formal complaint because neither employee would give us their names. Will not be back. Very poor customer service ???
When ordering food at this location, just go down the street and you'll find better. Whatever you see in the menu, you will be highly disappointed. Food is always so sloppy and lettuce is always just thrown, never actually on the burger. If you like pickles, you better ask for extra and make sure they put it, they're greedy with only one slice pickle per burger. If you go inside and use the kiosk you will notice NOT ONE employ working with the food is wearing gloves or a mask. If someone sees you at the counter they will quickly put one on before they come. You're over the food?? Seriously, even before covid, why are you NOT USING GLOVES TO GRAB THE FOOD! NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION. Not all McDonald's is like that; however, this is by far the worse one
Gave them a 3 star but changed it due to my experience today. The people at the mic are rude, and inexperienced or just stupid. My friend paid for a drink which she never got, sent me back with the receipt. I made an order & they charged me for the sprite, argued about giving me the wrong change (owed me a dollar) and finally had to explain to the manager TWICE before it was fixed, as he wanted to add two drinks, and didn't even get a new receipt. At least the young man giving your order is polite.
Very slow service for fast food. Had a previous bad experience and was hesitant about returning to this location. The car that was behind me wound up getting 3 cars in front of me due to poor drive thru management.I'll drive to Murphy or Rockwall McDonald's going forward. #firstworldproblemsiknow
Clearly ordered a big Mac with EXTRA SAUCE and received this garbage. Not the 1st time my order has been trash at this location. I mean I don't expect 5 star quality from McDonald's I just expect it to be what I asked for. This is a joke.
Good service, nice employees, decent prices for the ages, clean store, stocked well. Good job folks. And they have been nice enough to allow us to park overnight in parking lot, bcoz we have had some complications with our trip.
It's 11:17 pm on Thursday night. Came thru for an order of nuggets for my son and I get told they are closed! Closed! A 24 hr fast food establishment is closed at 11:17PM due to ( the night crew not showing up) but yet there were 5 people in side behind the counter. I come thru here everyday! NOT ANY MORE! I'LL FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO FROM NOW ON!
I'm sorry, I know there is a shortage of folks working amd I try to keep mindful of that. Waited over 10 minutes for just 2 McChicken sandwiches and 2 McDoubles. Just got discouraged and left after an employee came out and still didn't have my order. I didn't think my order was that complicated to constitute over a 10 minute wait time. I'm sorry but I had to say something.
Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru, and left. There was 10 cars behind me as well….at least say “I’ll be with you shortly we’re low on staff.” Or close early
Long time Wylie resident who's witnessed the demise of a fair dining facility to a place that's become hostile to Seniors. Floors and tables are usually unkempt and nasty. What ever happened to courteous service.
