This McAllister’s location has gone extremely downhill. Every time I get a takeout order it is wrong and/or missing something. On two different occasions, they have tried to serve me the scrapings at the bottom of the bowl as a substitute for queso for thier “nachos”. This place used to be pretty good, but the prices keep going up and the quality keeps going down. The service is also going downhill. When I bring issues like this to the attention of the staff, they don’t seem to care or want to do anything to continue and win my business.
Walked in 5 mins before they closed for some soup and was told that the food was already put away. I asked why the door wasn’t locked if they were closed and it wasn’t past the time on the door, and the girl at the counter told me it was because it wasn’t at the actual closing time yet but they could make anything because the food was put away.Go figure…
One of the team members Garret Coker has repeatedly made our food wrong and given us tea that had tasted chemically. Today I confronted him about our experience how food was missing and made incorrectly as well as it tasted as someone had put sanitizer in our tea, he then proceeded to say you and your family are crazy liars and I don’t believe you. He tasted the tea and admitted it tasted nasty but said we did something to it and said we will try to refund your money. I do not ever recommend this place
We eat here at least twice a week. Most of the time it is really good. I do have an issue with they way they are serving their salads now. They are putting it on a tray with paper underneath. The sides of the tray are not high enough and the salad goes over the side when you are mixing the dressing in and cutting it up. Then, the salad gets under the paper. Please bring back the big plate or a big bowl. I have to order my salad in a to go box and would rather not have to do that.
First time here and we enjoyed it. Some might find the portions smaller than they would like but I was very happy to have something I could manage.
The food is great the only reason for a 3 star rating is because Simone that took our order was very rude. Treated us like we were dumb when we thought we had to grab our own drinks but she just kept looking at us like we were stupid. This makes me sad.
Love this location! Always fast and friendly. The New Yorker is a all time fav. Try the Brookie for a sweet treat!
Good food, very poor curbside order service.Multiple times I've placed a curbside order and "my name didn't show up" and my order just sat getting cold until I called.I pressed "I'm here" through the app and nothing happens.There will be times the app tells me my order will be ready at a certain time, only to have it be over 20 to 30 minutes late.When I mentioned that my order was late and cold, all they did was put it in the microwave and completely overcook it making it completely dry.I will never be using curbside service again, I will only be coming when I have time to eat in the store which is unfortunately rarely.
Amazing experience. Food was great, and the waiter Tori was beyond nice. She went above and beyond to get my toddler happy and get our orders perfect. Definitely coming back!
Never disappointed when we go to McAlister's!!! Good food every time.
