1st time trying it, amd I will say taste way better than dominoes!!! The manager is what sold us, amazing customer service, he explained how they use fresh produce, and I could see he enjoyed his job! We will be back for more!!!! Truly loved the managers energy and expertise as he explained everything.
Ordered on the app...was able to track order...and was able to pick-up when ready...pizza ingredients were fresh...
My wife and I ordered an old world pepperoni pizza, side of ranch, and cheesy bread. We did not receive marinara sauce with the cheese bread, no ranch, and our pizza had no cheese and was well over cooked (see picture). We called to let them know thinking they would help us out, but instead were dismissed by the manager. We told him that we have ordered this pizza several times over the last few years, and none of them looked like this (burnt with no visible cheese). His explanation was they recently decided to raise the oven temperatures so all of their pizzas will look like this from now on (burnt). He unapologetically offered to give us back $1 for the missing ranch and marinara sauce. That was it. Wow… we won’t be going back because who wants burnt pizza for $23 bucks? No one. Ever.
Well, pizza is usually good, but my order is never right. We ask for a thin pizza but NOT cut in squares, traditional cut. every time it’s cut that way no matter how many times I order or talk to them. Tonight it took a hour and a half to go less than 3 miles, I understand if you are short staffed, but at least cut it the way I asked and call the customer if you are going to be 30 min. Later than the hour you originally quoted.
Bob the manager is rude and argumentative. he refused to give me corporate number. he refused to correct the mistake on my order. what an awful manager..
Love this place. They do pizza bowls, so basically pizza without the bread. Five toppings for $8. Pretty much any topping you can think of/want. They are big enough for two people and so so good! Definitely our go to for pizza now.
Pizza lacks any flavor quality in taste. extremely dissatisfied with the price being as expensive as it is you expect the food to be pretty good.first in last time being ripped of by this business pizza taste like you can make it at home.run if you come by this pizza place.0 stars
I TRIED to go in and get a pizza for my family after church and they were closed! I called and called but NO ONE would answer! I’ve ordered here before and it took 2 HOURS to get a pizza. I asked the sweet delivery boy and he said that they only have 1 driver every night! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. YOU WILL WAIT EVERY TIME!
I would not recommend this place for employment for a HS student. My kid worked there as his first job and was accused of an incident that happened. Which he denied but when you are out numbered by friends and relatives that work there my kid didn't have a chance. The owner never confronted him on the incident nor was he corrected on what happened. They didn't put him on the schedule for 2 weeks and was told they didn't have any hours at this time. The one day he gets hours he goes in and works for 30 minutes until he was basically bullied by two guys saying "why are you here...you were fired. Don't know why you were on the schedule'. He left and texted the owner and NEVER heard anything back from him. I have taught my kids to have respect for everyone. I don't care if my kid is 16 years old he deserves respect and answers. I'm completely disappointed by the lack of management and training on their employees and shift leads on how they handle situations. I have been a long time customer here but will NEVER step foot in this place nor will I recommend it to anyone.
Best Hawaiian chicken pizza! Great and fast service. Would recommend
