All good except don't order the sausage links. They are grisly...My husband didn't like it either. Makes you wonder if they went cheaper or either they can't get good sausage. Quality matters. Fyi....I do like my sausage. Could sway me not to go there. ?
Server was good. Only thing was the link sausage had gristle in it. I couldn't eat it. My husband took a bite of second link and couldn't eat it. Makes you think the quality of our food is diminishing. Just don't order the link sausage ....nasty
Terrible, slow service. Waiters are mostly kids. No urgency whatsoever to take orders, bring out food, etc. Had to ASK for a server after sitting at our table 10 min and watching another table be seated and their order taken. Three tables seated after us all got their food before we did. My husband’s order came out wrong. Then later, had to wave for our server’s attention to get syrup and refills. The manager never came out to the front of the house until we were ready to leave, (after an hour) waiting on our ticket from our sleepy server. Flagged her down for our ticket. A 2-top, breakfast order when there are maybe 5 occupied tables in the whole restaurant and three waiters working, should not take this long. Very disappointing and frustrating. Seems like the better reviews are from 2-3 years ago. Wish I’d checked this place’s reviews before coming in. We definitely won’t be returning.

Poor customer service we had to repeat our order to the waiter 4 times and he never checked on us for our drink refill. Waited 40 min for our food and never received it. Get to check out just to pay for our coffee had to continuously tell them we are just paying for coffee. Took my daughter the restroom floors were wet with no wet signs and she slipped and fell menu's were also sticky. Never ever again will we eat here
Not too bad. Semi quiet and nice area in the shopping center. Glassware was a little dirty and the wait times were long but the food was great. Our waiter did a phenomenal job.
Yes, my food took longer than usual to arrive, but it was not an issue for me why because I had a front seat to the action, I saw all waiter running around, taking the food from the kitchen to the tables, it was a very busy Saturday morning. When my food finally arrive it was good as always. Yes there’s room for improvement, but I can recognize their hard work and efforts in serving us. Please be kind to your waiters and tip them well.
I realize that since the pandemic, staffing is hard but when you ignored by young, tattooed, clueless kids, it time for adults to take over.
First time at this IHOP in two years since Covid hit and it was horrible. Silverware was dirty and and the place was filthy. Dirty tables everywhere and the bus boy was coughing everywhere while not wearing a mask. I asked him to wear a mask and they finally sent him home. Won’t be going back anytime soon!
I would have given ZERO to this location, but Google does not allow it! This place is the worst IHOP I’ve been to. Ordered online and got there to pickup. Since they’ve messed up my order before, I asked the person who handed me my order if everything is included? He assured me that when the bag is sealed with the tape that indicates the order type, it means it has been checked for accuracy. Well, they it again. They shorted me one order of pancake. I wanted to give them another chance and they blew it. I called twice to speak to the manager and both times I was put on hold for a long time and hang up on. Stay away from this place!!!! If you go there, I am sure, you’ll be sorry you did.
