I'm gonna give 2 reviews of this place, both 1 star.May: I went to order for takeout in the restaurant. I received the wrong order, which wasn't a big deal. I just waited a few minutes extra for my order. As I was walking out, the old guy who took my order, I presume manager, threw the wrong order onto the wall behind him.June: I went to order through the drive-through after that fiasco. I don't remember if this was at the window or through the microphone. I could hear the the old manager yelling and cussing, probably at his employee. I ordered my food and left. That guy needs to have some anger management training or something before I go back to that store again. ?
Do NOT order from this location!!!! I placed a large order for delivery at 5:15 PM. At 4:54 PM I received a text that the store had set up delivery through Uber. At 5:06 PM I received another text that my delivery had been "canceled" and to contact the store. I called the store twice and no one answered the phone. I just checked my credit card online and, yep, the charge is still pending. I had a house full of people for the 4th of July and no food for them. Someone had to run out to KFC. The least Golden Chick could have done is CALLED me and told me what my options were. Like, maybe we could have picked it up? But they didn't and wouldn't even answer the phone. I will be going there in person tomorrow to get my money back.
The saving grace of my experience was fantastic chicken and fantastic rolls. I had an issue with my order that I would go into detail of, but the shift manager handled it very well and I appreciate him solving the problem. If I ever have a hankering for really really good chicken strips then I will 100% go here before rip-off-fil-a. Nothing but praise for that wonderful chicken.
I went to pick up dinner for my family of 6 after working a 12 hour shift. While placing my order I was told that it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait and that was no problem. I ordered a meal for $52.99 plus tax. I asked for Honey Mustard sauce to go with the 16 chicken tenders that were ordered. The cashier asked me how many I wanted and I told him 10 which seemed reasonable to me since there were 16 tenders. The shock came when I saw him add $0.45 per sauce ($4.50). I got to the window and asked why was I not receiving some sauce for free and to charge for 5 and let me pay for 5. His Manager said NO and that I had to pay for all 10. It was disappointing to say the least. That's why I stick with Chick-FiL-A. The family wanted to try something different. My first and last time eating here.
First off, I wasn’t told my total and wasn’t given a recipe so that was very questionable to begin with. Then I was given my meal and and of course, my French fries were so cold it felt like it came out of the fridge. When I got home I discovered that the roll on my big and golden chicken sandwich was as hard as a hockey puck. I ended up having to take off the stale bread that had all of my sauce on it and just eat the piece of chicken. To begin with, there is absolutely no possible way the person making the sandwich thought that I was edible, you can even take a bite out of it it’s so hard. Horrible experience. Never going back
Location closes earlier than stated on sign or on business Google. I was informed the location was closed at 9:45 when pulling up. Low score for false advertisement of hours.Added: I hope this location truly pays attention to the reviews and tries to correct the issues or it's going to fail like the previous location.
First time I came here was great when they first open, now it seems like they don't want to give you what you pay for. That's called "Being Cheap". Your not going to make this business successful if you give customers order small pieces of chicken tenders or not even given them their full order. I'm very disappointed in this place and how it's being ran. Here is a picture of my 6 piece tenders strips. Looks like 4 then 2 of them cut in half to make it a 6 piece. I will never come here again. You lost a great customer. I'll be take my business to the Sache location on 78.
New Wylie location is nice just not an easy place to get out of during evening hours. My only complaint is our rolls were stale and hard, the children was hot and fresh.
My total bill was $76.84. Paying that kind of money I'd like to get what I paid for. The rolls were left out of order and the wings didn't have the spicy seasoning I requested. I bypassed two other locations hoping this one was better since it was new .
I have ordered twice from this location via Uber Eats. First time 1/2 n 1/2- received all plain. Second time all Spicy- received all plain. Plus, there is no Okra offered on the Uber app with this location. These meals are too expensive to have delivered through Uber for the restaurant to get the order wrong.
