It’s not the same at all. Food was okay. We waited on our chips and cheese which wasn’t normal. Ordered fajitas which are always great….. The new place doesn’t serve fajitas on the sizzling platter any longer. They came out warm at best. Food was good, just not the same. Staff was nice. Will venture down the street for Fuzzy’s in the future.
Fuzzy’s is one of the best taco spots in Wylie, hands down. Been going to the old location for years, and when they crossed the street, nothing changed except for the improved dining room. Service has never been a problem, and the food directly competes with Chiloso and Chipotle. If you’re craving some good chorizo queso or pork nachos, this is the place. Great location of the chain.
We used to love this fuzzy’s when it was across the street. Now it’s a big disappointment. Ordered Taco plate w/fajita chicken and grilled mahi-mahi. Mahi taco was fishy garbage, so one bite and done. 3 nibblets of chicken were cold. So, basically 1 taco for $10. As indicated, when this was across the street this place was worth a premium taco price. We’ll never go back. Spend your money elsewhere, like Rosa’s.
FIVE Stars for ROSIE!! She ran circles around the other staff... she was always moving and being proactive. She greets everyone with a huge smile, is super polite, and super attentive.WE WILL BE BACK BECAUSE OF HER!!!
Don't order through Door Dash or any other delivery app. Multiple consecutive orders with multiple items missing. Our last order had half the items missing but still charged full tab. When I called all I called I get the "Sorry unfortunately because you ordered through Door Dash we can't help you." Love The food but won't order unless sitting inside the restaurant.
First time customer 2/17/22 5:30pm we had a good experience, good food. Kudos to the staff taking orders/bar and bringing us our food they were awesome. Sorry I didn’t get there names my receipt shows cashier 89.
Service was okay. Ordered a salad that I’ve been ordering for years because it has an adequate amount of chicken for the price. Well that’s no longer the case. Asked for more, manager said okay for sure and then came back with the exact same amount. Won’t be coming back. Tired of wasting my money places and leaving still hungry.
Tried something new this day. Shrimp and egg burrito was good. But the rice was hard and the beans were dry. This particular trip was not enjoyable.
I had the best experience at Fuzzys thanks to Haley! She greeted me and my family as soon as we came in and kept a positive attitude throughout my visit! It was my first time there, and she was so patient and helpful when needed. I love how she creates warm and welcoming relationships with the customers to ensure they enjoy their experience.
Abbie was very Professional and courteous. She had our drinks in order made to perfection. Very timely and delicious. Wonderful atmosphere!!!
