I went to the Wylie, Tx location at 5:02 pm on Friday May 13th, 2022. My order was supposed to be done between 5:15 pm and 5:25 pm so I clicked the "I'm here" button on the website. At 5:25 the timer started. At 5:26 the timer stopped. When my pizza wasn't brought out by 5:28, I called the store. The gentlemen that picked up apologized and said he'd check on it, and they were too busy, then he said he'd take it out. He didn't have a reason as to why the timer was stopped and he offered to ask the manager about the free pizza since it wasn't brought out on time. He then advised me to fill out the online questions so I could get it. I didn't receive the pizzas until 5:30.The thin crust pizza I received was thrown, with several slices having little to no cheese and only about half of the pizza having green peppers. I called the store to speak to a manager, and was given to James. I spoke to James about how the pizza looked. He then told me to bring back the pizza after I had already left, and when I was trying to explain that I had left, he started complaining about how they are short staffed. I started telling him that I understood as I used to work for Pizza Hut, and he started raising his voice, saying, "Let me finish" and "Let me finish speaking" despite me already speaking. He gave no reason for the timer being stopped either aside from saying that they're really busy and short staffed, which doesn't mean that they can lie to corporate and their customers and not bring out the orders at the promised time to avoid giving away free products.
I am a store reset specialist. And while I was working at the Wal-Mart in Plano Texas I went to this location to order a sandwich I noticed a guy standing in the back of the store eating. I did not think to much of it untill he went to the marketable wiped his hands on his dirty apron and started making pizzas. I went back inside and cancelled my order. The guy that assisted me asked me if there was a problem. When I spoke to him and told him the problem. He just looked at the guy. And allowed him to continue to make pizzas. There are protocols set in forth for a reason. I WILL NOT ever go back to this place EVER. And I will encourage all of my friends that live in this area to stay away
Bought a large thin pizza and it came super burnt and not cut. So when I called the manager they said they would remake it and send me a new one…well after a hour of waiting a new pizza was delivered the delivery guy was super rude and when opening the box this pizza now had no cheese and just sauce and the topping……definitely a waste of money…would never recommend this dominos ever!!
Disappointed with them,when I called and placed a order at 1:08 pm 2-27-22 Sunday,the boy that took my order , I ask him how long, he said 35-45 mins, soi waited,waited, then decided to call them back at 1:58 pm, granted that's 50mins later, the boy answered call, I explained,he ask for address, gave him info, then he tells me another 10 mins ok. So I ended up calling again
I normally love Domino's but this location seems to be a little off with the pizza. The last 2 times my pizza has been overcooked.
I usually love the quality at this location but recentlty the last two pizza orders the breading \\u0026 cheese have been slightly overcooked. I assumed the first might of been someone new training and dropped it, but sadly the second order I picked up today was the same way. I wouldn't normally complain but I'm a chemo patient and its hard for me to swallow hard breading.\\n\\nPlus side Always very Kind Employee's here. \\\\0/\\n\\nSincerely, Sissy
Have been ordering from Domino's @ 602 S State Highway 78 since we moved to Wylie about 4yrs ago coz my kids are kind of picky and love Domino's. I guess today will be my last day as their customer service getting horrible time to time. Today I had to wait over 40min at their store and when I complain she even canceled my order. And the person who did this said to be the manager so not sure where to take it from here. So I have to drive to the one in Lavon for now eventually will make sure the kids will get used to the others.

Pizzas were 2 hours late and never delivered. Called and was placed on hold 3 times over the course of 20 minutes while they tried to locate the pizzas. Finally decided to pick up the pizzas ourselves. Incredibly, they tried to charge us *more,* which we refused. What in the 2021 is this mess?
