We went Friday night for some good family time and dinner, while picking up dine in food ,an employee who seemed untrained made fun of us and other people who were ordering behind us,He did not pay attention to our order and kept keeping making fun of us and also pouring order slowly to made more fun while serving.complained to manager named Mr Eddie.
I find a metal razor in my bite of food after thinking I bit into bone, nope a slightly rusty broken razor... Looks like a piece of a food prep shredder so I'm hopeful it wasn't intentional but then they don't shut down the line or check the bins my food came in. They did absolutely nothing but offered me coupons, why? I absolutely would never eat here again.
We loved our lunch here, and the staff was super friendly and quick when we had requests!
I eat here about every two weeks. Great flavors and generous portions along with some fairly unique dishes outside of the usual burrito/bowl formula you see from Freebirds, Chipotle, and other similar places.
I love this restaurant. I eat here two times a week. I love their breakfast tacos. Bacon, egg, cheese and cilatro are my favorite. Be sure to get the Bella Blaca for your chips, it is soooooo good.
Never coming here again. I I ordered my food for pick up at 12:02pm and received my order at 1:12pm. Absolutely ridiculous. The line was empty and nobody bothered to take my online order and make it. They all stood still behind the desk and continued their conversations after I repeatedly kept asking where my food was.

Chiloso is one of my favorite chains to eat at but for some reason this specific location has such spicy food that my wife and kid can’t eat there. Personally I still like the food but they need to tone it down so that people can enjoy their food if the don’t like it so spicy.
