First, the bartender was awesome! And the margaritas yummy!Unfortunately, that’s where the good news ends. The salmon was waaaaay overcooked - almost burned. The rice and beans were meh, nothing special.The southwestern egg rolls were raw and soggy.I was so disappointed in the food. The service was great and the margaritas yummy! Should have left off the food order.
I would give no stars if possible. They were not busy, but there was a wait. We were there for 2 hours. This is not a gourmet meal with many courses! Because my husband has to work today, last night was supposed to be to celebrate Mother's Day. Epic fail!!!! Everything we ordered took forever to get. I asked the waitress questions about the chicken strip and waffle item and ordered it. She translated this into me ordering chicken strips. Had to have it remade. I specifically said no jalapeños and asked for the ranch sauce on the side. It arrived with everything on it. The 3 kids were done when it arrived. My husband still had not eaten because the sauce he requested when his food arrived still had not been delivered. I asked for it again. The portion size on his meal looked like a little kid plate. Remember I asked about the food I ordered. I specifically told her I didn't want spicy. Well it was. I couldn't eat it. I sent my youngest to get a to go box from the waitress station since we never saw ours. Drink refills were practically unheard-of and she couldn't remember who ordered when she brought them back. Needless to say, I had cake at home for dinner that we had previously picked up for Mother's Day.
If I had the chance I would have rated this a 0.3 stars. As we went here for my mom to have a great mother's day dinner and came out very disappointed. First her drink she ordered that should have had alcohol in it did not and accordingto her it tasted like a frozen strawberry lemonade. Then she ordered her food and got that completely wrong. Then her real order finally came and it did not have the sauce on the side and the jalapeños like she asked. The service is terrible 30 minute wait for her real order and mind you we are still waiting for a refill on a drink. We asked for a side of garlic aloli and had to wait another 20 minutes for that. Oh mind you they charged us for the side of garlic aloli. The best part of the dinner was leaving and not having the food messed up anymore. My sister needed a to go box but couldn't find a waiter so she went to get it herself.
Just ordered a salad that cost me over $5 and got 7 pieces of lettuce. Thank you chili’s for the lack of quality and extreme portion control. I will not be eating at this establishment ever again.
Are you serious? I just ordered from door dash a hamburger with Swiss and Mushrooms. I also paid extra for avocado slices, no bun and steamed veggies as a side. I got a hamburger with Swiss and mushrooms with this bun, no avocado (which I paid extra for) and fries (which I wanted steamed veggies). This sucks.
Food was delicious and the staff was friendly. Our waiter was Levi which is the same name as my oldest son and they are both redheads. ?
We always order in advance party plater and it takes 20 to 25 minutes for pick up. Tonight, we walk in and order same thing and they were flying to make our order in 10 minutes. Great food and awesome service.
It was a great service for a busy Friday night. Food came out in a timely manner and cooked perfectly. Made it easy for a single dad with 3 little kids at the table.
Not bad. They usually get my orders correct. We order out a lot, sometimes food is cold. It depends on what you order, though.
I was there around 10pm for dinner with the family after work. The food was excellent and the service was the best I’ve have at chilis in a long time. Thanks again chilis wylie.
